The objective is to host a global business summit bringing leaders, investors, venture capitalists and builders from Middle East, Africa, Japan and SouthEast Asia together with a key focus to ‘Build Future Ready Business’.

The seven-day turnaround was intense. MIRAI JMC needed to transition to a virtual platform for hosting their panel discussions and a platform to explore opportunities for collaborations, joint ventures and / or strategic tie-ups between large businesses, small & medium enterprises and start-up entrepreneurs within the MENA, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Japan and India. They were pressed for time and needed to quickly find the right technology platform to support the event format.

As 200+ founders geared up for making the best pitch of their lives with hope and grit at the prestigious Global Leadership & Investment Summit, one question everyone was pondering about was- How to give a compelling presentation virtually. If it is to be believed that it's all about great storytelling when you pitch, then how on a virtual flat interaction you bring alive all your compassion for your idea as an entrepreneur in front of investors

Recording and streamlining 40 Panel sessions with 100+ Global Speakers and Panelists was a huge task with a tight schedule.

  • The Spalba team then focused on producing the content as the need of the hour was to quickly onboard the speakers for recording and replicate their agenda in a virtual environment. The multi-stage functionality of the platform helped to accommodate many speakers at a time.
  • And the networking functionality allowed it to achieve the primary goal of the summit where small & medium enterprises and start-up entrepreneurs could pitch in their ideas in front of the leaders for strategic tie-ups.
  • It took 3 sleepless nights to record, do the post production and edit the entire content for the D day. Having every session recorded and produced to a high standard created new opportunities.
