Great Indian Food Festival, an annual event celebrating the best street foods from different parts of India, takes place in late January at Dilli Haat, New Delhi. Famous vendors with generations of experience represent their best dishes, from paranthas to kebabs, halwas to ice creams, butter chicken to chaat.
