We Mediaworks conceptualised and executed a digital Employee Engagement Program for the regional teams of a renowned FMCG company, spread across India. The event was curated to build an immersive engagement for the team ensuring the experience to be engaging and not another video call fatigue. Since, the management also wanted to use this platform to communicate the go-to-market strategy for the coming year, the event also had to carry a formal approach with seriousness of a corporate event. We Mediaworks organized this event on SpalbaAIR platform and successfully curated the content and show ensuring an end to end management aligned with the company’s objectives.
