5 Star Hotels in Port Blair

Port Blair's luxury event landscape is anchored by one standout property: a full-service, five-star resort set against the natural grandeur of the Andaman Islands. With a venue count that reflects the island's exclusivity rather than its scale, Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Andamans represents the singular choice for planners seeking prestige, immersive surroundings, and end-to-end hospitality in this destination.

The Venue at a Glance

Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Andamans offers two distinct event spaces that set it apart from any conventional banquet hall. The Deck brings an open-air, ocean-adjacent atmosphere to corporate and social gatherings alike, while The Garden of Forest Trees provides a lush, canopied setting that is virtually impossible to replicate on the mainland. Together, these spaces give planners genuine variety within a single luxury address — each with its own character and mood.

Capacity and Event Scale

Both spaces at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Andamans are configured for intimate gatherings, with a capacity range of 150 to 175 guests. This makes the property best suited to curated corporate retreats, senior leadership off-sites, destination weddings with a close guest list, and private celebrations where atmosphere matters as much as attendance. Planners expecting large-format events of 600 or more will find this property does not cater to that scale — but for events where every guest is intentional, the 150–175 range is well-served here.

Location: Radhanagar Beach

The property sits in proximity to Radhanagar Beach — consistently regarded as one of the finest stretches of coastline in Asia — lending an inherent sense of occasion to any event held here. For attendees travelling from the mainland, the setting itself becomes part of the experience, reinforcing the prestige that a five-star destination event is expected to deliver.
