Betalbatim's conference room inventory is currently anchored by one well-appointed property, Jasminn Hotel - AM Hotel Kollection, situated in the Fatona locality of this South Goa coastal village. The property brings a range of distinct spaces suited to small working meetings, boardroom-style sessions, and mid-size corporate training events, with a capacity window of 50 to 250 guests.
The Venue and Its Spaces
Jasminn Hotel - AM Hotel Kollection offers multiple event configurations within a single property, which is a practical advantage when a group's requirements shift between formats. The Mogra Hall serves as the primary enclosed meeting and conference space, while the Jasminn Lawn extends options to an outdoor setting. The Pool Side area rounds out the venue mix, offering an open-air alternative for informal working sessions or team breakouts. This breadth of space types within one address means organisers can pivot between indoor and outdoor setups without moving to a different property entirely.
Capacity Range: Who This Venue Suits
The capacity at this location runs from 50 to 250 guests, placing it squarely in the small-to-mid conference bracket. The lower end — around 50 attendees — suits focused boardroom discussions, leadership meetings, or compact training programmes. Moving towards the upper range of 250, the Mogra Hall and the lawn spaces can comfortably absorb larger off-site workshops, client presentations, or multi-team sessions. There are no large-format venues exceeding 600 in this locality, so planners requiring assembly-scale capacity should consider the alternatives noted below.
