Convocation Venues in Betalbatim

Betalbatim may be a quieter coastal stretch of South Goa, but it offers a considered option for institutions seeking a formal yet distinctive setting for graduation ceremonies. Spalba lists 1 convocation venue in Betalbatim — Jasminn Hotel - AM Hotel Kollection — a multi-space property in the Fatona locality that accommodates gatherings from 50 to 250 guests across three distinct event spaces.

The Venue: What Jasminn Hotel – AM Hotel Kollection Offers

Jasminn Hotel - AM Hotel Kollection presents three bookable spaces suited to the different scales and formats a convocation requires. The Mogra Hall provides a fully enclosed indoor environment appropriate for formal degree-conferring ceremonies demanding a controlled setting. The Jasminn Lawn opens up the event to a landscaped outdoor backdrop, well-suited for post-ceremony receptions or open-air processions. The Pool Side space offers yet another atmospheric alternative for smaller cohort gatherings within the same property. Having all three options under one roof gives event organisers flexibility when sequencing a multi-part graduation day.

Capacity Range: Matching Your Cohort Size

The capacity at this Betalbatim property runs from 50 to 250 guests, with a typical usable range sitting across that same 50–250 band. This makes the venue particularly well-matched to smaller institutions, departmental convocations, or certificate-award ceremonies where intimate recognition — rather than stadium-scale staging — is the priority. Every venue listed here falls within the intimate-under-200 bracket, so planners coordinating large university-wide ceremonies involving several hundred attendees should review whether the capacity aligns with their confirmed headcount before proceeding.
