The Venue and Its Spaces
Bogmallo Beach Resort brings four named event spaces to the table: Meteroa, Oyster, Coral 2 & 3, and Coral 1. This variety allows planners to configure the ceremony independently from the post-convocation reception, or to assign different spaces to different graduating cohorts on the same day. Whether the requirement is an intimate gathering or a full-scale academic ceremony, the resort's internal variety means that shifting requirements can often be addressed within one property.
Capacity Planning for Your Ceremony
The typical working range at Bogmallo Beach Resort runs from 120 to 650 guests, with the absolute floor at 80 and the ceiling at 650. Two of its spaces suit audiences under 200 — appropriate for departmental convocations or smaller cohorts — while one space scales to over 600, meeting the needs of university-wide graduation ceremonies. Institutions should assess their confirmed guest count, including faculty, families, and administrative staff, before deciding which of the property's spaces fits best.
