Farmhouse in Candolim

Candolim's farmhouse offering is intimate by design — currently, Spalba lists one exclusive-use property in this category, situated near the iconic Aguada Fort Area. For planners seeking a private, rustic setting with grounds rather than a hotel corridor, this kind of standalone villa-style property represents a genuinely distinct event experience along Goa's northern coast.

The Venue on Spalba

Casa Arya Villa, Candolim is the farmhouse-category listing currently available through Spalba for this location. As a private, exclusive-use property, it is suited to gatherings where the entire space belongs to the host and guests — no shared lobbies, no overlapping events, and no compromise on atmosphere. Spalba's 3D virtual tours allow you to walk through the property remotely before committing to a site visit, which can be particularly useful when coordinating across cities.

Location: Aguada Fort Area

The Aguada Fort Area is the sole locality represented in Candolim's farmhouse listings. This pocket of north Goa sits close to the historic Portuguese fort and benefits from easy connectivity to Candolim's main stretch while retaining a sense of seclusion. For events where the surroundings matter as much as the venue itself, this location carries its own character.

Planning Beyond Farmhouses

If a private villa setting is not quite what you have in mind, Candolim has options across related categories. For larger or more amenity-rich properties, explore resorts in Candolim. If your priority is open-air space rather than exclusive use, outdoor venues may better fit your brief.
