The Venue on the List
LaRiSa Homes Morjim Villa is currently the sole farmhouse-category property listed in Morjim on Spalba. As an exclusive-use villa property, it is suited to gatherings that call for privacy, personal grounds, and a self-contained environment — the hallmarks of what a farmhouse venue is expected to deliver. Spalba offers a 3D virtual tour of the venue, letting you assess the space and grounds before making any commitment.
Where in Morjim
The venue is located in the Mardiwada locality of Morjim. Mardiwada sits in the quieter inland edge of this coastal village, giving events hosted here a genuinely secluded character. For planners who want their guests shielded from passing traffic and public access — particularly relevant for private celebrations or intimate corporate retreats — this part of Morjim fits the brief well.
Planning Around Availability
Because only one farmhouse property is currently listed in Morjim, early enquiry is advisable. Exclusive-use venues in small coastal villages like Morjim tend to have limited availability windows, particularly around the peak winter season in Goa (November through February). Locking in your date and venue well in advance gives you the best chance of securing the space on the terms your event needs.
