मेफेयर बॉल रूम 2

Yes, MAYFAIR Lake Resort operates as a multi-venue campus, which means wedding-related functions such as the mehendi, sangeet, and main reception can be distributed across different spaces on the same property. This allows families to host a complete wedding programme without guests having to travel between locations. The events team helps coordinate scheduling across spaces to ensure smooth transitions.

Specific capacity figures for Mayfair Ballroom 2 depend on the seating layout chosen — theatre, banquet, and cocktail configurations each accommodate different numbers of guests. Prospective clients should contact the MAYFAIR Lake Resort events team directly to obtain current capacity figures for their preferred setup.

MAYFAIR Lake Resort has an in-house catering team that handles food and beverage for events held at the property. Menus cover both Indian and international cuisine and can be customised to match the theme of the event and any dietary requirements. Clients are encouraged to discuss menu preferences and meal formats — buffet, plated, or live stations — with the catering team during the planning stage.

Policies on external vendors vary and should be confirmed with the MAYFAIR Lake Resort events team before finalising any bookings with outside suppliers. The resort has its own in-house catering and events services, and any arrangement involving third-party vendors will be subject to the property's guidelines.

The ballroom is equipped to support corporate and social events that require AV infrastructure. The team can advise on what is included in the venue package and what may require additional arrangement.

Mayfair Ballroom 2 features a lighting setup that can be adjusted to suit different event atmospheres, from bright and formal for daytime conferences to warmer, more ambient tones for evening receptions and celebrations. The events team can walk clients through the lighting options available when planning the decor and programme for their event.

MAYFAIR Lake Resort offers guest accommodation on the property, which is a practical advantage for multi-day events or when a significant number of attendees are travelling from outside Raipur. Staying on-site removes the need for guests to commute between a separate hotel and the venue. Room availability and block-booking arrangements for event groups can be discussed with the reservations team.

MAYFAIR Lake Resort is situated in Tuta, on the outskirts of Raipur in Chhattisgarh. The property sits away from the dense urban core, giving it a more spacious, resort-like character while remaining connected to Raipur's commercial areas. Precise driving distances and travel times from specific city landmarks should be confirmed with the resort or checked via a mapping service.

The nearest airport is Swami Vivekananda Airport in Raipur, which connects the city to major Indian metros including Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bengaluru. From the airport, guests can reach MAYFAIR Lake Resort by taxi or a vehicle arranged through the property. The resort can advise on transfer options when guests confirm their travel plans.

On-site parking is available at MAYFAIR Lake Resort to accommodate guests travelling by private vehicle. For large events where a significant number of guests are expected to drive in, it is advisable to notify the events team in advance so that parking arrangements can be coordinated appropriately.

While Mayfair Ballroom 2 itself is an indoor hall, its location within MAYFAIR Lake Resort means guests have access to the resort's lake frontage and landscaped grounds for pre-function gatherings, cocktail hours, and photography. This outdoor setting enhances the overall event experience in a way that a standalone urban banquet hall typically cannot offer. Event planners can work with the resort team to incorporate outdoor spaces into the programme.

Availability and pricing for Mayfair Ballroom 2 can be checked by contacting the MAYFAIR Lake Resort events team directly through the official website at mayfairhotels.com or by calling the property.
