Kevadia — now officially Ekta Nagar — sits at the foot of the Statue of Unity, and its resort stock reflects the scale of events this destination draws. Currently, Spalba lists one full-service resort in Kevadia: The Fern Sardar Sarovar Resort, Ekta Nagar(Kevadia). That single property spans venue spaces capable of hosting between 350 and 625 guests, making it a genuinely large-format retreat rather than a boutique hideaway.
The Resort on the Spalba Platform
The Fern Sardar Sarovar Resort is the sole resort listed in Kevadia on Spalba, and it brings two distinct venue formats to the table: an Utsav space and a Lawn. The Utsav hall suits structured, indoor gatherings, while the Lawn opens the event to Kevadia's outdoor setting near the Narmada riverfront. Together, these spaces give event organisers the flexibility to programme different sessions — formal plenary, casual networking, or a celebration dinner — without moving guests off-property.
Capacity: Built for Large Gatherings
With a capacity range of 350 to 625 guests and no intimate-scale venue in the current listing, the resort in Kevadia is oriented squarely towards large events. The capacity split data confirms this: there is one space that can accommodate over 600 guests. Groups planning corporate off-sites, large family functions, or multi-day retreats in the 350–625 guest bracket will find the scale here a direct match. Smaller gatherings of under 200 would be better served by exploring alternate categories.
Location: Ekta Nagar
All resort inventory in Kevadia sits within Ekta Nagar, the township developed around the Statue of Unity. This locality keeps attendees close to one of India's most prominent landmarks, which matters when delegates or guests are travelling specifically to this destination. Proximity to the monument and the surrounding valley also means that resort stays carry a natural itinerary — excursions, nature trails, and the visitor infrastructure of Ekta Nagar — built into the geography itself.
