Baddi currently hosts a dedicated cocktail party venue available on Spalba, offering a standing, drinks-led reception format suited to a wide range of gatherings. That venue — Legend Sarovar Portico, Baddi, located in Malpur Upperla — spans a guest capacity of 70 to 800, making it a versatile anchor for cocktail functions in this industrial township of Himachal Pradesh.
The Venue and Its Spaces
Legend Sarovar Portico, Baddi is the sole listing in this category on Spalba and brings three distinct event spaces to the table: a Lawn, a Senate, and a Regal hall. Each space serves a different scale and character of cocktail function — from the open, ambient setting of the Lawn to the more structured Senate and the larger Regal format. Having multiple spaces within a single property gives planners flexibility to configure the right environment for a standing reception without committing to a single fixed layout.
Matching Guest Count to the Right Space
With a capacity range of 70 to 800, this venue covers both intimate cocktail evenings and large-scale receptions with equal range. The capacity split is noteworthy: at the lower end, a gathering of 70 guests fits a close-knit format — ideal for corporate sundowners or private celebrations — while the upper limit of 800 places it firmly in the large-event tier. Whether your guest list is under 200 or stretches beyond 600, there is a space within Legend Sarovar Portico that aligns with the headcount. Planners should confirm which specific hall — Lawn, Senate, or Regal — corresponds to each capacity tier when enquiring.
Location in Baddi
The venue sits in Malpur Upperla, one of the accessible pockets within Baddi's developed corridor. For attendees travelling from within the township or from nearby areas along the Baddi–Barotiwala–Nalagarh belt, this location offers reasonable connectivity. Spalba's 3D virtual tour feature lets you walk through the venue remotely before shortlisting, which is especially useful when event planners are coordinating from outside the city.
Related Event Formats to Explore
A cocktail party format is drinks-led and standing by nature — if your event calls for a seated dining arrangement or a more structured celebration, Spalba's listings for reception-venues, party-halls, or small-party-halls in Baddi may be a better fit for your requirements.
