Cocktail Party Venues in Kandaghat

Kandaghat, set in the hills of Himachal Pradesh, currently offers 1 verified venue suited to a standing, drinks-led reception format. That venue — Club Mahindra Kandaghat — brings together an indoor Conference Hall and an open Lawn, making it the primary address in the locality for anyone planning a cocktail party in this region.

What the Venue Stock Looks Like

Club Mahindra Kandaghat is the sole listed cocktail party venue in Kandaghat, and it presents two distinct spaces within the same property. The Conference Hall suits a more sheltered, structured reception, while the Lawn opens up the event to the surrounding hill setting — a format that works naturally for the standing, social flow a cocktail gathering demands. Having both space types under one roof gives organisers genuine flexibility over the atmosphere they want to create.

Capacity: Matching Your Guest Count

The venue accommodates between 150 and 400 guests, with the typical workable range sitting at 150–400. For those planning a more intimate cocktail evening — closer to the 150-guest mark — the property can be configured accordingly. At the upper end, a 400-person standing reception is achievable, making Club Mahindra Kandaghat one of the larger event-capable properties in this part of Himachal Pradesh. There are no venues here suited to micro-gatherings below 150 or very large crowds above 600, so groups that fall outside this band should factor that in early.

Location: Kandaghat Locality

Both venue spaces sit within the Kandaghat locality itself, which means attendees travelling from Shimla or nearby hill towns have a straightforward route. The hillside setting is an inherent part of the experience — particularly relevant for an evening cocktail format where the outdoor Lawn becomes usable well into the season.
