Rourkela's curated cocktail party venue currently centres on one well-appointed property in Raghunathpali — Mayfair - Rourkela — which covers an impressive capacity range of 10 to 700 guests across multiple distinct spaces. Whether you are planning a standing drinks reception for a close circle or a large-scale cocktail evening, this property offers the flexibility to match your guest count precisely.
The Venue and Its Spaces
Mayfair - Rourkela brings together four configurable spaces under one roof: the Board Room, the Orchid Conference Hall, the Tulip, and the Mandap. This variety means the property is not a single-format venue — each space has its own character and can be styled for the standing, drinks-led format that a cocktail reception demands. Planners who need an intimate setting and those organising a larger hosted evening will both find a usable option within the same address.
Capacity Guidance for Rourkela
The available spaces span from as few as 10 guests to a full 700, with the typical working range sitting between 150 and 700. Two of the spaces are suited to gatherings under 200 guests, making them strong candidates for corporate cocktail evenings or post-event receptions that do not require a ballroom-scale setup. One space scales above 600, serving larger hosted cocktail events where a standing format across a generous floor is the priority. Matching your guest list to the right space early is straightforward given the clear size tiers on offer.
Location: Raghunathpali
Mayfair - Rourkela is situated in Raghunathpali, one of Rourkela's more accessible areas for guests arriving from across the city. For cocktail events that draw attendees from different parts of town, a well-connected locality reduces logistical friction and keeps the evening's momentum intact. Spalba's 3D virtual tour of this property lets you assess the actual floor layout and flow before committing to a site visit.
