The Venue at a Glance

Hotel Shehran Continental is the sole convocation-ready listing in Bahraich at this time. Its mix of a Banquet Hall, Conference Hall, and Restaurant makes it a self-contained setting for a graduation ceremony — the hall can host the formal academic programme, while the restaurant space can support pre- or post-ceremony gatherings. Its position on Station Road ensures straightforward access for attendees arriving from different parts of the city and district.

Capacity Range: Who It Suits

Every space at Hotel Shehran Continental falls in the intimate-to-mid-scale bracket, with a capacity running from 40 to 150 guests. This range suits departmental convocations, diploma-award ceremonies, and smaller batch graduations where a collected, formal atmosphere matters more than a sprawling auditorium. If your expected attendance sits comfortably within 40–150, the venue's available halls can be matched to your precise headcount.

Planning Your Ceremony in Bahraich

For a formal academic convocation, the physical setup — stage area, seating arrangement, acoustics, and décor — carries as much weight as raw capacity. Spalba's 3D virtual tours let event planners inspect the actual layout of a venue before committing, saving site-visit time. When reviewing Hotel Shehran Continental, consider which hall configuration best supports a procession, seating for graduands, and a dignified stage for the award presentation.
