The Venue on the List
Hotel Regaal Palace, located in Baliram Peth, is the sole convocation-capable property currently listed in Jalgaon on Spalba. It offers both a Banquet Hall and a Conference Hall, giving organisers the flexibility to stage the main ceremony in the banquet space while using the conference hall for faculty assemblies, briefings, or post-ceremony receptions. Spalba's 3D virtual tour feature lets you explore the layout remotely before committing to a site visit.
Capacity Fit for Academic Ceremonies
Hotel Regaal Palace supports gatherings between 75 and 250 guests, placing it firmly in the intimate-to-mid-scale bracket. This range is well-suited to departmental convocations, diploma distribution events, or smaller college graduation functions where the focus is on ceremony and decorum rather than mass scale. Jalgaon's listed convocation stock currently has no venue exceeding 600-seat capacity, so institutions requiring a larger auditorium-style setting should plan accordingly.
Location: Baliram Peth
The venue sits in Baliram Peth, one of Jalgaon's central localities, which offers reasonable accessibility for students, faculty, and families travelling from different parts of the city and its surrounding areas. Proximity to the city centre also simplifies logistics around transportation and accommodation for out-of-town attendees.
