The Venue: What Kumbhalgarh Offers

Raajsa, Kumbhalgarh - IHCL SeleQtions is the sole listed convocation venue in Kumbhalgarh on Spalba, and it brings considerable variety to the table through six distinct spaces. These include the Darbar Hall, Darikhana Hall, Pagda Pol, Aakhali, Baradari Lawn, and Sarovar Pool — a mix of enclosed halls and open-air settings that give academic event organisers meaningful flexibility in how they stage the ceremony, the procession, and any accompanying reception.

Matching Capacity to Your Ceremony

The venue's capacity profile spans from 50 at its smallest configuration to 1,000 at full scale, with the typical usable range sitting between 100 and 520 guests. Six of the available spaces are suited to gatherings under 200, making them well-proportioned for faculty-specific or postgraduate convocations where intimacy and ceremony dignity are priorities. Two spaces scale beyond 600, serving institutions that require a larger hall for combined undergraduate programmes. Planners should assess which specific space within Raajsa, Kumbhalgarh - IHCL SeleQtions aligns with their confirmed headcount before proceeding.

Staging a Formal Graduation Here

A convocation ceremony demands more than raw capacity — the spatial sequence matters, from the procession entry to the stage and the post-ceremony gathering. The combination of enclosed halls such as the Darbar Hall and Darikhana Hall alongside outdoor spaces like the Baradari Lawn and Sarovar Pool at Raajsa makes it possible to plan distinct zones for the formal ceremony, the academic procession, and the celebratory reception, all within the same property. Spalba's 3D virtual tours allow venue teams to walk through these spaces remotely before committing to a site visit.
