Capacity and Format Guidance
The typical capacity range across these Kurukshetra convocation venues sits between 100 and 250 seats, with the broader span extending from 50 at the lower end to 250 at the upper end. There are no large-format spaces exceeding 600 in this listing, making this inventory best suited to smaller, department-level or specialised programme ceremonies rather than institution-wide events with very large graduating classes. Planners expecting between 100 and 250 attendees will find the most relevant options here.
Where Venues Are Located
Both properties are situated within Kurukshetra's established commercial and hospitality zones. Divine Clarks Inn Suites is located in DD Colony, while Hotel Saffron draws from the Sector 7 area. These localities offer reasonable accessibility for outstation guests, faculty, and families attending graduation day. Spalba's 3D virtual tours allow planners to preview hall layouts and seating arrangements before committing to a site visit.
Related Event Spaces to Consider
If your ceremony requires a dedicated stage infrastructure or tiered seating typical of a larger academic convocation, you may find auditoriums in Kurukshetra better aligned. For post-ceremony networking or faculty gatherings, corporate venues offer suitable formats. Larger institutional events with high footfall may benefit from exploring convention centers in the city.
