The seven listed properties cover a practical range of settings for academic ceremonies. Vijayatej Clarks Inn, Patna and Lemon Tree Premier, Patna represent the branded hotel segment, offering managed event infrastructure alongside their function spaces. On the independent hotel side, Hotel Vinayak International, Hotel Fort, Hotel Linkway, Hotel Kanako International, and Hotel Laavish add further options. Capacity Range: Matching the Size of Your Graduating Batch

Capacities across Patna's convocation venues run from a minimum of 22 seats to a maximum of 450, with the typical range sitting at 100–200. Of the spaces available, 14 fall under the 200-guest mark, making this a city whose venue stock is oriented towards smaller-to-mid-scale academic ceremonies. Institutions with a graduating batch of under 200 will find several viable halls to shortlist. For batches approaching the 450-seat upper limit, options narrow to the larger halls, so early exploration is advisable.
