The Venue: What Ratnagiri Currently Offers

The sole listed convocation venue in Ratnagiri is Hotel Sangam Regency, a banquet hall located in the Maruti Mandir locality. As the only venue in this category presently available on Spalba, it represents a contained but functional choice for institutions seeking a formal indoor space. Banquet halls of this type typically offer the structured layout — stage area, seating arrangement, and enclosed setting — that graduation ceremonies require. Spalba's 3D virtual tour feature allows event planners to assess the space in detail before making a decision.

Capacity Guidance for Academic Ceremonies

Hotel Sangam Regency accommodates up to 150 guests, placing it firmly in the intimate-to-mid-range bracket for convocation events. With a capacity that sits at 150 — both the minimum and maximum within the current Ratnagiri listing — this venue is best suited for smaller batch graduations: departmental ceremonies, diploma programmes, or professional courses with a compact graduating cohort. Institutions expecting a larger attendance, including family members and faculty, should factor the 150-person ceiling carefully when planning seating and stage arrangements.

Location: Maruti Mandir, Ratnagiri

The venue is situated in the Maruti Mandir area of Ratnagiri, a recognisable locality within the city. For institutions based in or around Ratnagiri town, this central positioning can ease logistics around guest travel and coordination on the day of the ceremony.
