Convocation Venues in Rewari

Rewari currently has 1 venue listed on Spalba for formal academic graduation ceremonies. That venue — Hans Resorts, located in the Deodhai locality — offers a notably wide capacity range, from intimate gatherings of 50 to large convocation assemblies of up to 800, and presents multiple space types under one property. For institutions and event planners organising a graduation ceremony in Rewari, this makes it a practical starting point.

The Venue and Its Spaces

Hans Resorts brings together three distinct venue types — a Lawn, a Pool Side area, and a Banquet Hall — within a single property in Deodhai. This variety means that different phases of a convocation — outdoor processions or receptions and a formal indoor ceremony — can potentially be hosted at the same address, without requiring guests or graduates to travel between locations.

Capacity Guidance for Convocation Planning

The capacity data for convocation venues in Rewari spans 50 to 800 guests, with Hans Resorts accounting for both ends of that range. Whether your institution is holding a departmental ceremony for a smaller graduating cohort or a full university-level convocation with several hundred attendees and their families, the venue's capacity profile can accommodate both scenarios. The capacity split confirms at least one configuration suited to intimate formats (under 200) and at least one suited to large-scale events (over 600), giving organisers flexibility as enrolment numbers vary year to year.
