The Venue and What It Offers
The Westin Chennai Velachery houses multiple dedicated event spaces spanning a wide capacity range — from as few as 6 persons in an intimate boardroom format up to 220 for a larger gathering, with a typical working range of 50 to 144. The available spaces include Evolve 1, Inspire, Inspire 1, Inspire 2, Inspire 3, and Boardroom II, giving planners a choice of room configurations suited to board meetings, training sessions, townhalls, and mid-scale corporate conferences under one roof. Spalba's 3D virtual tours let you assess each room remotely before committing.
Capacity and Format Fit
Whether the requirement is a compact leadership meeting or a department-level event for over 200 delegates, the venue mix in Velachery covers that spectrum. The granular room lineup — six distinct spaces within a single property — allows back-to-back sessions or breakout arrangements without moving teams between buildings.
