Event Venues in Saputara

Saputara, Gujarat's only hill station, hosts 2 listed event venues on Spalba — a compact but well-rounded selection that spans resort lawns, conference halls, meeting rooms, and a dedicated restaurant space. Both properties sit in or close to the town centre and the scenic Saputara Lake area, making them a considered choice for planners who want an out-of-the-ordinary setting without straying far from the region's infrastructure.

The Venues Available

The two properties currently listed represent distinct hospitality formats. Chitrakoot Hill Resort offers indoor and open-air event spaces set against Saputara's wooded hillside backdrop, while Savshanti Lake Resort brings a lakeside setting into the mix. Across both properties, the venue types present include a Meeting Room, a Conference Hall, a Resort Lawn, and the Sugar N' Spice Restaurant — a spread that supports anything from a structured business session to a relaxed social gathering under open skies.

Capacity Range and Guest Fit

Saputara's event venues accommodate between 80 and 300 guests, with the typical usable range sitting at 150 to 300. This profile suits mid-sized gatherings particularly well — corporate offsites of 100 to 150 colleagues, milestone celebrations, family reunions, or intimate destination events where a smaller, curated guest list is the intention. There are no large-format venues exceeding 600 in this market, so planners expecting a very high headcount should factor that ceiling into their search early. For groups comfortably within the 80–300 band, the existing stock covers the requirement well.

Where Venues Are Located

Listings are concentrated across two micro-localities: the main Saputara township and the Near Saputara Lake corridor. The lake-adjacent location at Savshanti Lake Resort is particularly suited to events where the natural surroundings are part of the experience. The central Saputara location offers easier logistical access for guests travelling from Nashik, Surat, or other regional towns. Spalba's 3D virtual tours let planners assess both settings — and the differences between them — before committing to a site visit.
