ग्रैंड बॉलरूम 1+2

Yes, the two ballroom sections — Grand Ballroom 1 and Grand Ballroom 2 — can be used independently or combined depending on the size and nature of the event. This flexibility makes the venue suitable for both intimate corporate workshops and large-scale wedding receptions. The events team can advise on the best configuration for a specific guest count or event format.

The space is well suited to weddings, sangeet ceremonies, receptions, sit-down banquets, corporate conventions, product launches, annual awards galas, and large-scale conferences. The high ceilings and generous floor area accommodate elaborate stage setups, large orchestras, and multi-course banquet service. Its formal, elegant character makes it a natural fit for both social celebrations and high-profile corporate occasions.

The Corinthians Resort and Club operates an in-house catering team that delivers meals to a five-star hospitality standard, covering traditional Maharashtrian, North Indian, continental, and global cuisines. Whether external caterers are permitted is a matter of resort policy and should be confirmed with the events team at the time of inquiry. Most large resort properties of this type have preferred vendor arrangements.

The ballroom is fitted with professional-grade lighting and audio-visual systems suited to large events. This typically includes stage lighting, a public address system, and projection or screen facilities, though the exact inventory should be verified with the venue's events coordinator before booking. Additional specialist AV equipment can generally be arranged through approved vendors.

The Grand Ballroom 1+2 is designed to provide clear, unobstructed sightlines across the event space, which is particularly valuable for stage-heavy events like award galas, weddings with elaborate mandap setups, and conferences. Guests and event planners can request a floor plan from the venue to confirm the exact column arrangement before finalising décor or seating layouts.

Yes, Grand Ballroom 1+2 is fully air-conditioned, ensuring guest comfort throughout the year regardless of Pune's seasonal temperatures. This makes it a reliable choice for summer weddings and year-round corporate events alike. The venue's events team can confirm the air-conditioning specifications if required for technical planning.

The Corinthians Resort and Club offers a substantial inventory of guest rooms and suites on the same campus as the ballroom. This means wedding parties, corporate delegations, and out-of-town guests can be accommodated without needing to arrange external hotels, simplifying logistics for multi-day events. Room availability and group booking rates should be confirmed directly with the reservations team.

The property is located in Undri, on the southern fringe of Pune, offering a quieter resort setting while remaining accessible from neighbourhoods such as Hadapsar, Kondhwa, and Wanowrie. Pune International Airport is reachable within a reasonable drive, which is convenient for guests travelling from other cities. The resort's events team can provide precise directions and assistance with guest travel planning.

The Corinthians Resort and Club's campus provides ample parking for large gatherings, which is an important practical consideration for ballroom events with hundreds of guests. Whether valet parking is offered can be confirmed with the venue directly, as this may vary by event size and arrangement. It is advisable to discuss parking logistics with the events team as part of the overall event planning process.

Grand Ballroom 1+2 is well set up for multi-day wedding programmes, including sangeet ceremonies, mehendi functions, and the main reception. The resort's on-site accommodation means wedding parties can stay on the property throughout, turning the event into a full resort experience for guests. The events team can help plan the use of the ballroom across multiple days in combination with other resort spaces.

The Corinthians Resort and Club is set within landscaped grounds that include gardens and other event-capable outdoor areas, making it possible to plan hybrid events where different functions are held in different settings across the campus. This is particularly popular for weddings where the cocktail hour, baraat, or pheras take place outside while the main reception moves into the ballroom. Specific outdoor venue availability should be discussed with the resort's events coordinator.

Prospective clients can reach out to The Corinthians Resort and Club directly through the official website at thecorinthianspune.com to request a quote or check date availability. The events team typically works with clients to understand guest count, event type, and catering and décor requirements before providing a tailored proposal. It is advisable to inquire well in advance, especially for peak wedding and conference seasons.

Many resort properties maintain a list of approved or preferred décor and floral vendors who are familiar with the venue's layout and operational requirements. Whether independent external vendors are permitted at The Corinthians is a detail that should be clarified with the events team during the initial planning conversation. Understanding the vendor policy early helps avoid surprises during the décor planning stage.

The key differentiator is the full resort ecosystem surrounding the ballroom — guests enjoy access to landscaped grounds, a pool, spa, dining outlets, and on-site accommodation, all within a single, well-maintained campus. This transforms an event from a single-evening affair into an immersive experience, which is especially valued for destination-style weddings and multi-day corporate retreats. The in-house catering team's five-star standard and the professional events staff further elevate the experience beyond what a standalone venue typically offers.
