Saputara, Gujarat's only hill station, currently has 2 hotels with banquet halls listed on Spalba — both resort-style properties that combine event spaces with on-site accommodation. The venues here lean into the natural setting, offering a mix of indoor halls and open-air lawns, making them a practical choice for anyone who needs the convenience of hall and stay under one roof.
The Venues Available
The two properties serving this category are Chitrakoot Hill Resort and Savshanti Lake Resort. Together, they cover a range of event space types: Meeting Rooms, a Conference Hall, a Resort Lawn, and the Sugar N' Spice Restaurant — giving organisers the flexibility to choose an indoor or outdoor setting depending on the nature and scale of their event.
Capacity Range Across Saputara's Stock
Both properties are best suited to small-to-mid-scale gatherings. Capacity across the category runs from a minimum of 80 guests up to a maximum of 300, with the typical functional range sitting at 150–300 guests. Neither property is configured for very large assemblies above 600, so this category is most relevant when you are planning an intimate corporate retreat, a family function, or a moderately sized social occasion. If your guest list comfortably falls within 80–300, the Saputara stock is well-matched to your requirement.
Where These Venues Are Located
The listed properties are concentrated in two micro-locations: within Saputara town itself and in the area near Saputara Lake. The lakeside positioning of Savshanti Lake Resort, in particular, gives events a distinctive natural backdrop that is characteristic of Saputara's hill-station character. Guests who are travelling from outside the region benefit from the proximity of both properties to the town's main amenities, keeping logistics straightforward.
What Hotels With Banquet Halls Uniquely Offer
The core advantage of this category is the pairing of a dedicated event hall with guest accommodation in a single property. Attendees do not need to coordinate separate stays, and the event organiser works with one point of contact for both logistics. In Saputara's case, that integrated experience is further shaped by the resort character of both properties — venues here combine functional event infrastructure with the setting of a hill-resort destination. Spalba's 3D virtual tours let you inspect the banquet spaces and lawns of these properties remotely before making any enquiries.
