Yercaud currently has 2 hotels offering integrated banquet facilities — a compact but meaningful set of options for planners who want hall and accommodation under one roof in this Salem district hill station. Both properties sit within the Yercaud and Ondikadai localities, positioning guests and attendees close to the town's lakeside and forest surroundings. If your event calls for a retreat-style setting with on-site stay, these venues are worth examining closely.
The Venues Available
The two hotels on Spalba span a mix of dedicated event spaces, including a Banquet Hall, Enclave 1, and Enclave 2 configurations. Sterling Yercaud is a well-established resort property that offers banquet space alongside its guest accommodation. Mango Hill, Yercaud is another option in this category, offering a similarly self-contained setup where event spaces and rooms share the same premises — a practical arrangement for multi-day functions or gatherings where outstation guests need to stay on-site.
Capacity: What This City's Stock Supports
Both hotels in Yercaud seat between 70 and 100 guests, placing every available space firmly in the intimate-to-mid-size bracket. There are no large-format venues exceeding 600 in this category, and all three event spaces listed fall under 200. This capacity profile suits corporate off-sites, milestone birthday celebrations, small wedding receptions, and family functions where the group size is manageable and the atmosphere is more personal than grand. If your headcount sits comfortably in the 70–100 range, Yercaud's hotel banquet options are well-matched to your needs.
Where Venues Are Located
The available hotels are distributed across Yercaud and Ondikadai — two closely connected localities within the hill town. Yercaud itself is the central hub, while Ondikadai offers a slightly more secluded setting near the edges of the town. Both localities provide easy access to Yercaud's key landmarks, making either location a convenient base for attendees travelling from Salem or other nearby cities.
