Hotels in Ratnagiri

Ratnagiri's hotel landscape currently lists 3 properties on Spalba, each located across distinct pockets of this coastal Konkan town — from Maruti Mandir and Malgund to the heritage-adjacent area near Thiba Palace. The available stock skews entirely towards intimate gatherings, with every venue suited to groups of 100 to 150 guests, making this a strong destination for focused corporate meets, small social functions, and resort-style retreats.

The Venues Available

Spalba lists three hotels in Ratnagiri that span a useful mix of settings. Hotel Sangam Regency brings a city-hotel character to the Maruti Mandir locality, while Blue Ocean Resort & Spa and Westbay Resort And Spa lean into Ratnagiri's coastal identity with resort and spa facilities. Together, they cover three distinct venue types — Banquet Halls, Conference Halls, and Poolside setups — giving event planners genuine flexibility in how a function is laid out and experienced.

Capacity Range to Plan Around

All three hotels in Ratnagiri operate within a capacity band of 100 to 150 guests, and the typical booking falls comfortably within that 100–150 range. There are no large-format venues exceeding 600 in this city's current stock, so planners expecting a grand assembly of several hundred should note this constraint early. For corporate off-sites, product launches, small weddings, or social gatherings where a close-knit atmosphere is part of the brief, Ratnagiri's hotels are well matched. Spalba's 3D virtual tours let you assess the actual floor plans and ambience of each property before committing to a site visit.

Where These Hotels Are Located

The three properties are spread across recognisable Ratnagiri landmarks. The Maruti Mandir area offers urban accessibility, Malgund provides a quieter, semi-coastal setting, and the vicinity of Thiba Palace adds a touch of historical character to the surroundings. Depending on where your attendees are travelling from or staying, each locality offers a meaningfully different guest experience — worth factoring in during the shortlisting stage.
