Indoor Venues in Sohna

Sohna's stock of indoor venues spans 4 properties, covering enclosed, climate-controlled spaces that range from a 60-guest gathering to a full-scale event for 5,000 attendees. The city's inventory is anchored around two distinct clusters — Dhaula and Damdama — and leans toward resort-style properties that combine dedicated indoor halls with expansive grounds, making it a distinctive destination for event planners in the NCR belt.

The Venues Available

The four listed properties each bring a different character to the table. KINGDOM BANQUET offers a purpose-built banquet setting suited to large social gatherings. The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa provides a hotel-integrated indoor experience with branded hospitality infrastructure. Botanix Nature Resort adds a nature-retreat dimension, while The Gateway Resort Damdama Lake, Gurgaon brings a lakeside resort setting near Damdama. Venue types across these properties include dedicated halls, a meeting room (Isa meeting room), and additional event spaces such as an Amphitheatre, East Lawn, and Banquet Lawn — though the latter are distinct spaces within these properties rather than standalone indoor options.

Capacity Range and Matching Your Event

Sohna's indoor venues cover a wide capacity band — from 60 guests at the lower end to 5,000 at the upper limit, with the typical indoor booking falling between 100 and 1,000 guests. Within this pool, 9 individual spaces accommodate fewer than 200 guests, making them well-suited to corporate off-sites, intimate receptions, or smaller social occasions. Five spaces are configured for over 600 guests, catering to large weddings, conferences, or multi-session events. This split means planners can shortlist meaningfully based on headcount rather than settling for an oversized or undersized venue.

Where Venues Are Located

Indoor venues in Sohna are concentrated in two localities: Dhaula and Damdama. The Damdama cluster, positioned near Damdama Lake, benefits from the scenic setting that properties like The Gateway Resort leverage. The Dhaula cluster gives planners access to resort properties with more self-contained event infrastructure. Choosing between these two areas often depends on the distance your guests need to travel from Gurgaon or Delhi, as both localities sit at different points along the Sohna corridor.

Staying in the Right Category

Indoor venues in Sohna are enclosed, weather-proof spaces — ideal when climate control and a contained environment are priorities. If your event specifically requires a dedicated banquet format, banquet halls may offer a more focused shortlist. For presentations or performance-style seating, explore auditoriums. Smaller professional meetings are better served under conference rooms, and if an open-air setting is preferred, outdoor venues cover that ground.
