Outdoor Venues in Uttarkashi

Uttarkashi's open-air event landscape currently features one listed outdoor venue — an outdoor lawn setting that brings the mountain environment directly into your event experience. Located in the Matli area, this option suits planners looking for an intimate, open-air gathering where the natural surroundings of the Garhwal Himalayas are as much a part of the occasion as the event itself.

The Venue: What Uttarkashi's Outdoor Stock Looks Like

The outdoor venue presently listed on Spalba is Mahima Resort, which offers a dedicated outdoor lawn for events. The venue type — an open lawn — makes it well suited to gatherings where guests can move freely in an open-air setting, whether for a ceremony, celebration, or a curated social event set against Uttarkashi's distinctive hill-town backdrop. Spalba's 3D virtual tour feature allows you to walk through the space remotely before making any decisions.

Capacity: Suited for Intimate Gatherings

Mahima Resort's outdoor lawn accommodates up to 100 guests, placing it firmly in the intimate-event category. With both the minimum and maximum capacity at 100, this venue is best matched to close-knit functions — think curated weddings, family celebrations, or milestone events where guest experience and setting quality matter more than sheer numbers. Planners working with a list of around 100 guests will find this capacity a natural fit.

Where in Uttarkashi: The Matli Locality

The outdoor venue is situated in Matli, a locality within Uttarkashi district. Matli's position along the Bhagirathi river corridor gives events held here a distinctly scenic quality. For planners coordinating guest travel and accommodation, Matli's accessibility from the main Uttarkashi town makes it a practical as well as picturesque choice for an open-air event.

Looking Beyond Open-Air Settings
