The Senate

The Senate supports multiple seating arrangements including theatre style, classroom style, and banquet layout, among others. The configuration best suited to a particular event — whether a presentation, training workshop, or celebratory dinner — can be discussed and confirmed with the Aadya Resort events team at the time of booking.

The Senate is equipped with built-in audio-visual infrastructure to support presentations, conferences, and similar events. Specific equipment details, such as screen size, projector specifications, and microphone availability, should be confirmed directly with the venue's events team before booking.

Aadya Resort has an in-house culinary team that handles catering for events held at the property, including those in The Senate. Menu options, dietary requirements, and service formats such as buffet or plated service can be customised based on the event's needs and should be discussed with the resort's catering coordinator.

Aadya Resort's location in Yelahanka, north Bangalore, places it among the closer resort options to Kempegowda International Airport, making it a practical choice for events with outstation attendees. The exact travel time will vary depending on traffic conditions, and guests are advised to check current route estimates when planning arrivals.

Yes, Yelahanka is connected to Bangalore's northern tech clusters and broader city via NH 44 and the Yelahanka–Hebbal corridor, offering reasonable access to IT parks, defence establishments, and commercial zones. This road connectivity makes The Senate a convenient venue for corporate events drawing attendees from across the city's north.

The Senate is well suited to being part of a multi-event wedding weekend at Aadya Resort, where it can host pre-wedding functions or reception dinners alongside the property's other event spaces. Using multiple venues within the same resort campus keeps the entire programme cohesive and reduces logistical complexity for guests and organisers alike.

Aadya Resort is a full resort property that offers guest accommodation on-site, making it convenient for multi-day corporate offsites, destination weddings, and outstation attendees. Room availability and group booking rates should be confirmed with the resort's reservations team when planning an event.

Prospective clients can contact Aadya Resort directly through the official website at aadyaresort.com or by reaching out to the events team via phone or email. The team will be able to share availability, pricing, and package details tailored to the specific event requirements.

As a resort property, Aadya Resort is expected to have on-site parking available for event guests; however, specific details about parking capacity and any valet arrangements should be verified directly with the property before the event date.

Details about natural light, windows, or open-air elements within The Senate are best confirmed with the Aadya Resort events team, as the specific design features of the hall can influence decisions around décor, photography, and event timing.

Many resort venues allow clients to work with external décor vendors alongside or instead of in-house options, but specific policies at Aadya Resort regarding third-party vendors should be confirmed with the events team. It is worth discussing preferred vendors and any restrictions early in the planning process.

The Senate's combination of a dedicated event hall, flexible configurations for presentations and workshops, and Aadya Resort's on-site accommodation makes it a strong candidate for corporate leadership offsites and multi-day training programmes. The quieter resort environment in Yelahanka also provides delegates with a more focused setting compared to a busy city-centre hotel.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set by Aadya Resort and may vary depending on the event date, deposit paid, and type of booking. These details should be reviewed carefully in the event agreement and clarified with the events team before confirming a booking.

Aadya Resort's events team is available to support the planning process and coordinate logistics leading up to the event. Whether a dedicated on-site coordinator is assigned for the duration of the event itself is something to confirm with the team when finalising the booking details.
