Semi Covered Area and Lush Green Lawn

The semi-covered section provides defined shelter for the main stage, dining setup, or reception counters, while the open lawn accommodates guest seating, cocktail zones, and décor installations. This zoning allows event planners to create a natural flow between formal proceedings and casual mingling. Together, the two sections give guests the atmosphere of an outdoor celebration with added practical shelter.

Yes, the lush green lawn and semi-covered area are popular choices for pre-wedding functions, as the garden setting provides a photogenic, relaxed backdrop that suits each of these ceremonies. The space can be rearranged and re-decorated between functions to reflect the different themes. The events team at Amer Greens can assist with coordinating multi-function wedding packages.

Exact capacity figures depend on the seating arrangement chosen — theatre-style, banquet, cocktail, or a mix — and should be confirmed directly with the Amer Greens events team. They will be able to advise the maximum headcount for your specific setup and event type.

As a hotel property, Amer Greens has its own catering infrastructure that supports events held at the lawn. Whether outside caterers are also permitted is a policy detail best verified with the hotel's events team before booking. Discussing menu preferences, dietary requirements, and service style early in the planning process is recommended.

The semi-covered section of the venue offers a sheltered area that can accommodate guests during light rain or intense sun. For more significant weather events, the extent of contingency arrangements — such as temporary marquees or an indoor backup space — should be discussed with the Amer Greens events team at the time of booking. Planning weather contingencies in advance is strongly advised for events scheduled during Bhopal's monsoon season.

The hotel property has open-air parking on its grounds, which is a practical advantage for events where most guests arrive by private vehicle — as is typical for social and wedding events in Bhopal. For large gatherings, it is advisable to confirm parking capacity and any valet or managed parking arrangements with the venue team ahead of the event date.

Amer Greens is located on Ratanpur Sadak in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, on a road that connects to the city's broader road network. The surrounding area is relatively low-rise and less congested than Bhopal's central zones, making it accessible for guests travelling by road from different parts of the city. Guests travelling from Raja Bhoj Airport or the main railway stations should confirm travel time and the best route directly with the hotel.

The lush green backdrop of the lawn lends itself naturally to a variety of decorative setups, including floral mandaps, fairy-light canopies, themed stage arrangements, and more. Whether you use the hotel's in-house décor services or an external decorator, the events team can advise on what is permitted and what logistical support is available. Sharing your décor vision early helps ensure a smooth setup process.

As Amer Greens is a hotel, it offers guest rooms that outstation attendees can book alongside the event space. Blocking a set of rooms for wedding guests is a common arrangement that the hotel's front desk or events team can facilitate. Room availability and group booking terms should be confirmed well in advance, especially for peak wedding season dates.

The hotel's catering and AV support can be coordinated to meet corporate event requirements. Specific technical requirements such as projectors, PA systems, or branding placements should be discussed with the events team in advance.
