Ballroom Lawn

Yes, the open-air nature and scale of the Ballroom Lawn allow it to be configured so that both a wedding ceremony and an evening reception can take place in the same space. The lawn's backdrop of the Trường Sơn mountains and Lang Co Bay provides a naturally scenic setting for both stages of the event. The resort's events team works with couples to plan the flow and décor for each part of the day.

Specific capacity figures for the Ballroom Lawn depend on the chosen setup — theatre-style, banquet rounds, cocktail standing, or a combination — and should be confirmed directly with the Angsana Lang Co events team. The lawn's generous dimensions make it suitable for large-scale events, and the team can provide layout plans with guest numbers tailored to each event type.

The Ballroom Lawn is an open-air space, and weather contingency planning is an important consideration for any event held there. Marquee or canopy structures can typically be arranged to provide cover, and the Angsana Lang Co team can discuss wet-weather backup options when planning the event. Prospective clients are encouraged to check seasonal weather patterns for the Central Vietnam coast when selecting their event date.

Angsana Lang Co offers in-house catering services through its resort food and beverage operation, covering everything from multi-course gala dinners to cocktail canapés. Menus can typically be customised to reflect the style and dietary requirements of the event. Whether external catering vendors are also permitted is best confirmed with the events team at the time of enquiry.

The resort's events team provides audiovisual coordination as part of the event planning process, covering sound systems, lighting, and staging requirements for the outdoor setting. Given the open-air environment, setup is tailored to each event's scale and programme. Detailed technical specifications and available equipment should be discussed with the Angsana Lang Co events team during the planning phase.

Angsana Lang Co offers in-house décor consultation as part of its events services, and the team can connect clients with trusted suppliers familiar with the Ballroom Lawn's dimensions and environment. Whether independent external decorators are permitted on-site is subject to resort policy and should be clarified with the events team. Early engagement with the planning team helps ensure all vendor logistics are coordinated smoothly.

Angsana Lang Co offers on-site accommodation in hotel rooms, suites, and pool villas, making it straightforward for wedding guests and corporate delegates to stay at the resort. This removes the need for off-site transport at the end of an evening event and supports multi-day programmes. Room-block arrangements for groups can be discussed with the resort's reservations team.

The resort is accessible from both Phú Bài International Airport in Huế and Đà Nẵng International Airport, both of which handle domestic routes and international connections. Both airports lie within a reasonable driving distance of the Lang Co peninsula, making the venue reachable for guests flying from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and international hubs. Exact transfer times vary by traffic and should be confirmed when arranging guest logistics.

Angsana Lang Co is situated in Cu Du Village, Lang Co, within the Chan May–Lang Co economic zone in Thừa Thiên Huế province, Central Vietnam. The resort occupies a peninsula between Lang Co Bay and a freshwater lagoon, placing it between the cities of Huế and Đà Nẵng. This coastal position gives the Ballroom Lawn its distinctive mountain and bay scenery.

The Ballroom Lawn is well-suited to corporate events that benefit from a dramatic open-air setting, including product launches, awards ceremonies, gala dinners, and large cocktail receptions. The resort's events team supports corporate bookings with catering, AV, and logistics coordination. Its location within the Laguna Lang Co development also makes it a compelling choice for incentive travel programmes that combine the event with leisure activities.

As part of the Laguna Lang Co integrated resort, Angsana Lang Co guests have access to amenities including a golf course, spa, and beach and pool facilities within the development. These features make the Ballroom Lawn a natural centrepiece for destination events where guests stay on-site for more than one day. The events team can help coordinate access to these facilities as part of a broader event programme.

Enquiries about the Ballroom Lawn can be directed to the Angsana Lang Co events team through the resort's official website at angsana.com or by contacting the property directly. The team will typically request details about the event type, preferred dates, estimated guest numbers, and catering requirements to prepare a tailored proposal. Early enquiry is recommended, particularly for peak wedding season dates on the Central Vietnam coast.

As a resort property within the Laguna Lang Co development, Angsana Lang Co has on-site facilities to accommodate arriving guests. Specific parking capacity and any arrangements for large event groups — such as coach or shuttle parking — should be confirmed with the events team when finalising logistics. Self-drive guests travelling from Đà Nẵng or Huế use the main coastal highway to reach the resort.

Open-air events at resort properties in Vietnam are subject to local regulations and internal resort policies regarding amplified sound and event end times. Clients planning late-evening programmes or large sound setups should discuss any applicable restrictions with the Angsana Lang Co events team during the planning stage. Understanding these parameters early helps ensure the event programme is designed within the permitted boundaries.
