Shringar

Yes, Shringar is designed with the scale and formality that large family celebrations, including Gujarati weddings and multi-function wedding programmes, typically require. The space accommodates traditional seating arrangements and can be dressed to reflect the aesthetic of the occasion. Specific capacity and décor possibilities should be confirmed with the Boulevard9 events team.

Yes, as a full-service hotel under the IHCL SeleQtions portfolio, Boulevard9 offers on-site guest rooms, which means outstation attendees can stay within the same property as the event venue. This makes logistics significantly simpler for multi-day weddings or corporate programmes. Room availability and group booking rates should be discussed directly with the hotel's reservations team.

Catering at Shringar is managed through Boulevard9's in-house kitchen, consistent with the IHCL SeleQtions standard of food and beverage quality. The hotel offers customisable menu options to suit different event types, dietary requirements, and guest preferences. For detailed menu planning and package options, the hotel's events team is the right point of contact.

Boulevard9 is located in Pij, Nadiad, which is accessible from Ahmedabad via the NH48 corridor, making road travel from the state capital relatively straightforward. Nadiad Junction railway station, which is on the Western Railway network, also connects the city to Ahmedabad, Vadodara, and other destinations across Gujarat. This makes Shringar a practical venue for events drawing guests from across the region.

As a full-service hotel, Boulevard9 is expected to have parking facilities for guests attending events at Shringar. Specific details about parking capacity, valet services, or any charges should be confirmed with the hotel directly before the event.

Shringar's layout is designed to be flexible, supporting configurations such as banquet rounds for receptions, classroom or theatre-style rows for corporate seminars, and other arrangements as needed. The events team at Boulevard9 can work with planners to determine the most suitable setup. Changes to layout typically need to be agreed upon during the event planning stage.

Being part of an IHCL SeleQtions property, Shringar is expected to be equipped with standard AV infrastructure for events, including projection and sound systems. The specific equipment available, and whether additional technical support can be arranged, is best confirmed with the hotel's events coordinator ahead of the booking.

Yes, Shringar's adaptable space and Boulevard9's professional hospitality infrastructure make it a viable option for corporate events such as conferences, training programmes, and product launches in the Nadiad and Kheda district area. The hotel can support multi-day corporate programmes with both venue and accommodation needs. Organisers should connect with the hotel's events team to discuss specific requirements.

Prospective event planners can reach out to Boulevard9's events or reservations team directly through the official IHCL SeleQtions website or by contacting the property. Availability can change quickly, especially around peak wedding and festival seasons in Gujarat.

Many hotel venues allow external decorators and vendors subject to certain conditions, but policies vary. Whether Shringar permits outside florists, photographers, or entertainment vendors — and any associated guest vendor fees — should be clarified with the Boulevard9 events team at the planning stage.

Given Boulevard9's location in Nadiad, which serves as a key city in the Kheda district, Shringar is well positioned for events with a regional guest list. Road connectivity and the presence of Nadiad Junction railway station make it accessible for guests travelling from surrounding towns and cities. The hotel's on-site accommodation further supports events where some guests may need to stay overnight.

Unlike standalone banquet halls, Shringar benefits from being embedded within a full-service IHCL SeleQtions hotel, which means event planners have access to professional in-house catering, on-site guest rooms, and the operational support of a branded hospitality team. This is especially valuable for weddings or multi-day corporate events where accommodation, meals, and venue management all need to work in coordination. The IHCL SeleQtions affiliation also brings a consistency of service standard that standalone venues may not always match.
