Senate

Yes, the Senate is designed with corporate events in mind, offering a professional environment suited to structured programming such as conferences, seminars, and training sessions. Its location within Click Hotel means delegates can benefit from on-site accommodation and catering without needing to travel between venues. Organisers running multi-day programmes will find this particularly convenient.

The Senate is suitable for intimate social functions including engagement ceremonies, pre-wedding gatherings, and milestone celebrations. It offers a contained and manageable space for hosts who prefer a focused setting over a large banquet hall. The hotel's events team can advise on setup and catering options for social occasions.

Specific capacity figures for the Senate have not been published on the official website and should be confirmed directly with Click Hotel Junagadh's events team. Capacity can also vary depending on the seating layout chosen — theatre, classroom, banquet, or boardroom — so sharing your event format when enquiring will help get an accurate figure.

Click Hotel Junagadh is a full-service hotel, and in-house catering is typically available to support events held on the property. Whether you require a working lunch for a corporate session or a sit-down meal for a social celebration, the hotel's food and beverage team should be able to assist. Specific menus, dietary options, and catering packages are best confirmed with the events or catering team at the hotel.

Yes, Click Hotel Junagadh offers guest rooms on the same property as the Senate, which is a meaningful advantage for events where attendees are travelling from outside the city. Having accommodation under the same roof eliminates the need for off-site transfers between sessions and overnight stays. Room availability and group booking rates should be arranged with the hotel's reservations team.

Click Hotel Junagadh is located in the Saibaba Society area of Junagadh, Gujarat, placing it within reach of the city's main commercial and civic zones. Yes, the Senate is an indoor venue, which means events are not affected by the seasonal weather conditions typical of Gujarat. This makes it a dependable choice throughout the year, including during the hot summer months or the monsoon season. The controlled environment helps maintain comfort for delegates and guests across full-day programmes.

Rajkot Airport is the nearest major commercial airport for guests travelling to Click Hotel Junagadh. From Rajkot, Junagadh is reachable by road. Guests arriving by train can use Junagadh Junction, which has direct rail links to Ahmedabad and other cities across Gujarat.

Parking availability and arrangements for event guests should be confirmed directly with Click Hotel Junagadh, as specific details have not been published on the official website. Event spaces within hotels of this type typically offer flexible seating configurations — such as theatre, classroom, boardroom, or banquet layouts — to suit different types of programmes. Whether a particular layout is available for the Senate, and any associated setup requirements, should be discussed with the events team at Click Hotel Junagadh when making an enquiry.

Audiovisual and technical support is commonly provided at hotel event spaces for corporate functions, but the specific AV equipment available at the Senate has not been detailed on the official website. Organisers planning presentations, screenings, or conference sessions should check with the hotel's events team about available equipment and any technical support on the day.

Unlike a standalone banquet hall, the Senate sits within a full-service hotel, meaning event planners have direct access to on-site accommodation, in-house catering, and hotel support staff as part of a single venue arrangement. This is particularly useful for multi-day corporate programmes or events where guests are travelling from outside Junagadh. The integrated setup reduces logistical complexity for both organisers and attendees.

Enquiries about pricing, availability, and event packages for the Senate can be directed to Click Hotel Junagadh through the Suba Hotels official website at subahotels.com or by contacting the hotel directly. It is helpful to have your preferred dates, estimated guest count, and event format ready when making an enquiry, as this allows the team to provide an accurate proposal.

Junagadh's proximity to Gir National Park and Mount Girnar makes Click Hotel a natural base for groups combining an event or conference with leisure or wildlife experiences in the region. The Senate can serve as the event hub while the hotel's accommodation supports guests who wish to extend their stay and explore the area. Specific packages combining event hosting and local excursions should be discussed with the hotel directly.
