Ara 2 is a dedicated event venue within Fairfield by Marriott Vadodara, the Marriott group's select-service property positioned in Alkapuri, one of Vadodara's most established and well-connected commercial and residential neighbourhoods. The space carries the clean, contemporary aesthetic that defines the Fairfield by Marriott brand — functional elegance without unnecessary ornamentation — making it a blank canvas that accommodates a wide range of event setups, from formal conference layouts to celebratory social arrangements. The interiors are thoughtfully appointed, with controlled lighting and a neutral palette that allows décor teams to personalise the room for the occasion at hand.
As part of a Marriott-branded property, Ara 2 benefits from professionally managed event infrastructure and a trained hospitality team that understands the expectations of both corporate and social clients. The venue is suited to groups that require a reliable, centrally located setting in Vadodara without the scale or formality of a large banquet hall — making it particularly appealing for mid-sized gatherings where service quality and brand assurance matter.
Ara 2 is well suited to a variety of event formats. On the corporate side, it accommodates business meetings, training workshops, product presentations, and team offsites where a professional environment and hotel-grade AV support are priorities. On the social side, the space works for intimate celebrations, pre-wedding functions, anniversaries, and private dining events where guests expect a polished setting and seamless hospitality.
The flexibility of the room setup — which can be arranged in theatre, classroom, U-shape, boardroom, or banquet configurations depending on the event — means that the space adapts to the host's programme rather than constraining it. Catering and food and beverage arrangements are managed through the hotel's in-house team, ensuring consistency with Fairfield by Marriott's quality standards. Clients planning multi-session corporate days or social events that span mealtimes can coordinate catering directly with the property's events staff.
Alkapuri is one of Vadodara's most prominent and easily navigable localities, home to corporate offices, retail establishments, and well-known landmarks. Fairfield by Marriott Vadodara's position in this neighbourhood means that guests travelling from across the city, or arriving from outside Vadodara, benefit from strong road connectivity and proximity to the city's main transport points. Vadodara Railway Station and Vadodara Airport are both accessible from Alkapuri, making the venue a practical choice for events where attendees are travelling in from other cities.
On-site parking is available at the property, reducing logistical friction for guests driving to the event. The surrounding neighbourhood offers additional conveniences — hotels, dining options, and retail — for guests who need to make a day or evening of it. For event organisers weighing venue options in Vadodara, Ara 2's combination of a trusted international hotel brand, a well-serviced event space, and a central Alkapuri address makes it a compelling shortlist entry for mid-sized corporate and social events alike.
