Yes, wedding receptions are one of the most prominent uses of the Ruby venue. The space benefits from the resort's beachfront setting in Nhơn Lý, allowing couples to incorporate outdoor areas along the East Sea coastline alongside the indoor banquet environment. The resort's full accommodation offering also makes it convenient for guests travelling from other cities.

Ruby is well suited to corporate events including conferences, regional meetings, team retreats, and product launches. Because FLC Luxury Resort is a self-contained property with on-site accommodation, dining, and recreational facilities, delegates attending a multi-day programme rarely need to leave the resort. The events team can advise on breakout spaces and supporting facilities.

FLC Luxury Resort is located in Nhơn Lý commune, approximately 25 kilometres from central Quy Nhon city, connected via a coastal road. The drive follows some of Bình Định province's most scenic shoreline. Guests and delegates should confirm current transfer options — including any resort shuttle services — directly with the property.

Phu Cat Airport (IATA: UIH) is the main airport serving the Quy Nhon area, with domestic routes connecting to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The airport places the resort within reach of Vietnam's largest urban centres for guests and delegates flying in for events. Travel time from the airport to the resort should be confirmed with the venue, as it can vary by traffic and transfer type.

FLC Luxury Resort is a large-scale resort property that includes guest accommodation on-site, making it a practical choice for destination events where attendees are travelling from other cities. Booking rooms in conjunction with an event at Ruby can be arranged through the resort directly. Availability and room block arrangements should be confirmed with the reservations and events teams.

As part of a full-service luxury resort, FLC Luxury Resort has on-site food and beverage operations that typically support banquet and event catering. Whether external catering vendors are permitted alongside or instead of the in-house team is a detail that should be confirmed with the events department before finalising plans.

Event spaces within full-service resort properties like FLC Luxury Resort are generally designed to accommodate multiple layout configurations, such as theatre, banquet, classroom, and cocktail-reception styles. The specific setup options available for Ruby and any minimum or maximum room dimensions should be confirmed with the events team when requesting a proposal.

Specific details about the AV equipment and technical infrastructure installed in Ruby — such as projection screens, sound systems, lighting rigs, and connectivity — have not been independently confirmed. Planners should request a full AV inventory from the venue and clarify whether external production companies are permitted to bring in additional equipment.

FLC Luxury Resort is a large resort property in Nhơn Lý and is expected to have parking facilities given its scale and location. The capacity of available parking and any dedicated parking arrangements for large events should be discussed with the venue when planning guest logistics.

FLC Luxury Resort is situated directly along the East Sea coast in Nhơn Lý, meaning the resort's outdoor beachfront areas are within the property grounds. Combining outdoor spaces with an indoor venue like Ruby — for example, a ceremony on the beach followed by a reception inside — may be possible, but specific outdoor venue options and availability should be confirmed with the events team.

Interested planners can contact FLC Luxury Resort's events or sales team through the official website at flchotelsresorts.com to request availability and a tailored quote. It is advisable to provide your event date, estimated guest count, and event type to receive an accurate proposal. Availability for peak dates — particularly wedding season weekends — should be checked as early as possible.

Whether FLC Luxury Resort provides in-house décor and floral services for events in Ruby, or whether external decorators and florists are permitted, is a detail that should be confirmed with the venue. Many full-service resorts offer curated wedding and event packages that include décor, but policies on third-party suppliers vary. The events team can clarify what is included in packages and what can be customised.

Ruby's position within a self-contained beachfront resort in Nhơn Lý means that guests experience the coastal scenery of Bình Định province without the noise and congestion of an urban setting. The combination of an indoor event space, on-site accommodation, dining, spa, and recreational facilities allows planners to design a complete multi-day programme in one location. This one-venue approach is particularly valuable for groups travelling from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, or Da Nang who want a memorable destination-event experience within Vietnam.
