Lawn

The Lawn is an open-air space, but being located within the Fortune Park Airport Road hotel premises means it can be used in conjunction with the property's indoor banquet and dining facilities. Hybrid event setups — where guests move between the outdoor Lawn and an indoor area for dining or conferencing — are a practical option. The hotel's events team can advise on the best combination based on guest count and programme.

Exact capacity figures for the Lawn depend on the event format, seating style, and setup configuration. The hotel's events team will be able to provide confirmed numbers based on your specific requirements, so it is best to reach out to them directly with details of your event.

Yes, the hotel's in-house catering team manages food and beverage for events held on the Lawn, drawing on a menu repertoire that includes North Indian, South Indian, and continental options. This is particularly convenient for events with diverse guest lists. Specific menu packages and customisation options are best discussed with the catering coordinator.

The Lawn's open-air setting and alfresco atmosphere make it a popular choice for pre-wedding functions such as mehendi, haldi, and sangeet ceremonies, as well as cocktail receptions. The Fortune Park Airport Road team, as part of the ITC Hotel Group, has experience coordinating wedding-related hospitality. Couples are encouraged to speak with the events team about bespoke packages and décor possibilities.
