Gardenia is a dedicated event venue within Fortune Select Trinity, a business hotel situated in the EPIP Area of Whitefield, Bengaluru. Whitefield is one of the city's foremost IT and corporate corridors, making this address a natural fit for professional gatherings, off-sites, and milestone celebrations alike. The space carries the understated, polished character that Fortune Hotels — part of the ITC Hotels group — maintain across their properties: functional yet refined, with interiors designed to accommodate a range of event formats without demanding extensive redecoration.
The venue draws both corporate clients from the surrounding tech parks and social guests looking for a reliable, well-serviced banquet hall in east Bengaluru. Its position within a full-service hotel means that event hosts benefit from the hotel's broader infrastructure — dedicated event staff, in-house catering, and professional coordination — rather than piecing together services from multiple vendors.
Gardenia is suited to a wide spectrum of events. On the corporate side, it comfortably hosts conferences, seminars, product launches, training sessions, and team off-sites — formats that are in constant demand across the Whitefield business ecosystem. The proximity to major IT campuses and the EPIP Zone industrial estate means that many events here are organised by companies whose offices are minutes away, reducing travel time for attendees significantly.
For social events, the space accommodates wedding receptions, engagement ceremonies, birthday celebrations, anniversary dinners, and festive gatherings. The in-house catering team can tailor menus to suit the occasion, drawing on both regional and continental cuisines. As with all Fortune Select properties, food and beverage arrangements are typically managed in-house, ensuring quality control and seamless coordination between the kitchen and the event floor.
The space can be configured in multiple layouts — theatre, classroom, banquet rounds, and cocktail-style — giving event planners the flexibility to optimise the room for their specific guest count and agenda. Audio-visual support, including projection and sound equipment, is available through the hotel's events team.
Fortune Select Trinity's address in the EPIP Area, Whitefield, places it at the centre of Bengaluru's eastern business district. Whitefield is well connected by road via the Old Madras Road and the Outer Ring Road, and Whitefield Railway Station is in the vicinity, offering rail access from various parts of the city. The area is also served by BMTC bus routes, making it reachable for guests travelling without private transport.
For guests travelling from Kempegowda International Airport, Whitefield is accessible via the NH 44 and the NICE Road corridor, though travel time will vary with traffic conditions typical of Bengaluru. The hotel's on-site parking makes it practical for guests arriving by car — a genuine consideration in a neighbourhood where many attendees drive in from other parts of the city. For outstation delegates or guests, Fortune Select Trinity's own guest rooms provide convenient on-site accommodation, removing the need to arrange separate lodging for multi-day events.
