Conference Room

Exact capacity figures for the Conference Room are best confirmed directly with the Hideaway Banquets & Lawns events team, as configurations may vary depending on the seating style required — boardroom, classroom, or theatre layout. Reaching out to the property before booking will ensure the room is sized appropriately for your delegation.

Yes, the Conference Room is designed to accommodate both half-day and full-day corporate sessions comfortably. Being part of a full-service hospitality property, on-site catering for refreshment breaks, lunches, and high-tea arrangements can typically be coordinated, which reduces the logistical burden on event organisers.

While the banquet halls and lawns at Hideaway are configured for weddings, receptions, and large social events, the Conference Room is a dedicated corporate meeting space designed for smaller, focused gatherings. It offers a separate, professional environment away from the ambient activity of the event floors, making it more appropriate for business use.

The property is located in Knowledge Park II, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, which is accessible via the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway. Delegates can also use the Knowledge Park II metro station on the Aqua Line for public transport access. The planned road infrastructure of Greater Noida makes the venue straightforward to reach from Delhi and Noida as well.

Yes, the Knowledge Park II metro station on the Aqua Line serves the area around the property, providing a car-free travel option for delegates coming from across the NCR. This is particularly convenient for multi-city participants who prefer not to drive on the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway corridor.

As a hotel property under the Leisure Hotels portfolio, Hideaway Banquets & Lawns offers hospitality and catering services on-site, meaning conference break refreshments, meals, and beverages can typically be arranged without engaging an external vendor. Specific menus, packages, and dietary requirements should be discussed with the events or catering team when booking.

The Conference Room is available for corporate day-use bookings and is not restricted to hotel residents. Organisations based in or visiting the Knowledge Park II corridor can enquire about standalone conference room hire. Availability and booking terms should be confirmed directly with the property.

Specific details about AV equipment, projection systems, screen availability, and connectivity within the Conference Room are best verified with the Hideaway Banquets & Lawns events team prior to booking. It is advisable to communicate your technical requirements in advance so the property can confirm what is available in-room and what may need to be arranged additionally.

The Hideaway Banquets & Lawns property serves large-scale banquet and lawn events, which typically require significant parking capacity, and on-site parking is expected to be available. The specifics of parking allocation for conference-only bookings, including whether valet service is provided, should be confirmed with the venue team when making your reservation.

Internet and connectivity requirements are increasingly standard for corporate meetings, and it is recommended to ask the events team specifically about bandwidth availability and whether the Conference Room is equipped for video conferencing. Confirming this ahead of the booking date avoids any last-minute technical gaps on the day of your event.

The Conference Room's location in Knowledge Park II places it along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway corridor, which keeps travel times from Noida and Delhi relatively predictable — a meaningful advantage when coordinating multi-attendee off-site events. The full-service hotel setting also means accommodation, meals, and meeting facilities are all available under one roof, which is practical for outstation participants.

Hideaway Banquets & Lawns is a hotel property under the Leisure Hotels group, and accommodation availability for conference guests should be enquired about directly with the property. Booking rooms alongside the Conference Room may be possible for multi-day corporate programmes or for delegates travelling from outside the NCR.

Availability and pricing for the Conference Room can be checked by contacting the Hideaway Banquets & Lawns events team directly through the property's official website at leisurehotels.co.in or by reaching out via the contact details listed there. Providing your preferred dates, expected headcount, and the nature of your event will help the team give you an accurate and timely proposal.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms vary by property and are typically outlined at the time of booking confirmation. It is advisable to review the terms in your agreement carefully and to discuss any flexibility requirements — such as provisional holds or force-majeure clauses — with the Hideaway Banquets & Lawns team before finalising the booking.
