Mekong Delta I

Mekong Delta I sits within Hilton Saigon's wider Mekong Delta events complex, which includes adjoining rooms that can be used in combination for larger guest counts and functions. This gives planners meaningful flexibility when scaling up capacity beyond what Mekong Delta I accommodates on its own. The events team can advise on the best configuration for your group size and event type.

Exact capacity figures for Mekong Delta I depend on the seating arrangement — theatre, banquet, classroom, and cocktail-reception layouts each yield different numbers. For accurate capacity by setup style, it is best to request a detailed function sheet directly from the Hilton Saigon events team.

Catering for events in Mekong Delta I is managed by Hilton Saigon's own food and beverage operation, with menus spanning Vietnamese cuisine and international fare. Using the hotel's culinary team removes the need to coordinate external vendors and ensures consistent quality aligned with Hilton's dining standards. Specific dietary requirements and bespoke menu requests can be discussed with the catering team during the planning process.

Hilton Saigon's event spaces, including Mekong Delta I, are equipped with integrated audiovisual infrastructure suitable for presentations, conferences, and entertainment. The precise AV setup — including screen dimensions, projector or LED display options, and sound systems — should be confirmed with the events coordinator when submitting a brief.

Mekong Delta I is designed to offer unobstructed sightlines consistent with Hilton's purpose-built events spaces, which is a practical advantage for presentations, award ceremonies, and banquet dinners. Guests and speakers are not blocked from one another by structural columns, making it especially effective for theatre-style and banquet configurations. The events team can confirm the exact layout specifications for your setup.
