THE LOFT

Hoiana Hotel & Suites is located along the Quảng Nam coastline, with Hoi An Ancient Town serving as the nearest major cultural landmark. Many event planners incorporate a visit to the UNESCO World Heritage-listed town into the itinerary for delegates or wedding guests. Exact travel time should be confirmed with the hotel, as it can vary depending on traffic and transport arrangements.

Yes, The Loft is well positioned for destination weddings, both for the ceremony or reception itself and for multi-day wedding programmes. The broader Hoiana resort provides on-site accommodation, dining, a beach club, a golf course, and spa facilities that allow the wedding experience to extend well beyond a single event. The hotel's dedicated events team can assist with end-to-end planning and guest coordination.

Specific AV inventory — such as projectors, screens, microphones, and lighting rigs — should be confirmed with the events team, as requirements can vary significantly between events.

The Loft's contemporary, industrial-chic aesthetic works well with both minimalist setups and more elaborately decorated arrangements. The character of the space means planners can achieve a polished look without heavy intervention, though the venue is equally receptive to custom theming. The hotel's team can advise on preferred décor suppliers and any guidelines around installations or rigging.

Yes, Hoiana Hotel & Suites provides on-site accommodation, making it straightforward to arrange room blocks for wedding guests, corporate delegates, or any attendees travelling from outside the region. The hotel's events team can help structure a full retreat programme incorporating both meeting sessions and team activities.

Guests attending events at The Loft have access to the broader Hoiana resort complex, which includes a casino, multiple restaurants, a beach club, spa facilities, and a Robert Trent Jones II-designed golf course. Policies regarding external vendors for décor, entertainment, or other services vary by venue and event type. Planners interested in using outside suppliers should discuss this with the Hoiana Hotel & Suites events team early in the planning process to understand any preferred supplier lists or approval requirements.

The Loft's combination of a contemporary loft aesthetic, integration within a full-service luxury hotel, and location within the Hoiana resort on the Quảng Nam coast — within reach of Hoi An Ancient Town — gives it a setting and amenity profile that is rare in Central Vietnam. Event planners gain access to the entire resort's infrastructure, from accommodation and dining to leisure and transport, alongside a venue space with its own strong design identity. This makes it a compelling option for organisers seeking both character and convenience.
