Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India, India
Park Elite Banquet is the dedicated event venue at Hotel Park Elite, a hotel located in Gannavaram, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. Designed to serve a wide spectrum of social and corporate occasions, the banquet space carries the polished, welcoming character that guests associate with the broader Hotel Park Elite property. The interiors are finished with attention to detail — a setting that strikes a balance between formal elegance and the warmth expected of South Indian hospitality. Whether guests are arriving from within Vijayawada city or travelling in from neighbouring districts, the Gannavaram location provides a convenient staging point, particularly given the area's proximity to Vijayawada Airport (Gannavaram Airport), which handles both domestic and select international connectivity.
Park Elite Banquet is positioned to host a broad range of events, making it a versatile choice for both personal milestones and professional gatherings. On the social side, the space suits wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, engagement functions, and milestone birthday or anniversary celebrations — occasions where the setting needs to feel celebratory yet organised. For corporate clients, the banquet can be configured for conferences, seminars, product launches, and formal dinners, offering the kind of controlled environment that a business event demands.
The venue's location within a hotel property means that event hosts can take advantage of the full hospitality infrastructure around them — from in-house catering drawing on the hotel's kitchen to front-desk and concierge support for out-of-town guests. This end-to-end service model reduces the coordination burden on event organisers, who can deal with a single point of contact rather than juggling multiple vendors.
Gannavaram sits just outside the urban core of Vijayawada, giving Hotel Park Elite a practical address that avoids inner-city traffic congestion while remaining genuinely accessible. Vijayawada Airport — officially known as Vijayawada International Airport and located in Gannavaram itself — is among the closest major airports to any event venue in the region, making it especially convenient for guests flying in from Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, or other Indian cities. The broader Vijayawada metropolitan area is well connected by the National Highway network and by Vijayawada Junction railway station, one of the busiest rail junctions in South India, ensuring that guests arriving by road or train can reach Gannavaram without difficulty.
For event planners scouting venues in the Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh, this combination of airport proximity, highway access, and the hotel's on-site accommodation for outstation guests makes Park Elite Banquet a compelling choice. The property's position in Gannavaram means guests stepping out of the airport need not travel far before reaching the venue — a logistical advantage that is difficult to overstate when coordinating large gatherings with attendees coming from multiple cities.
I would highly recommend Hotel Park Elite to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Hotel Park Elite is located in Gannavaram, which is the same locality as Vijayawada International Airport (Gannavaram Airport), making it one of the most airport-proximate event venues in the Vijayawada region. This is a significant advantage for events where guests are flying in from cities such as Hyderabad, Chennai, or Bengaluru. The short distance from the airport reduces travel stress for outstation attendees considerably.
As a hotel property, Hotel Park Elite does have guest rooms available, which is a practical benefit for events like weddings or multi-day corporate retreats where attendees may be travelling from other cities. Event hosts should confirm room availability and any group-booking arrangements directly with the hotel, as room inventory can vary by date.
Park Elite Banquet is situated within a hotel that operates its own kitchen and food-and-beverage facilities, so in-house catering is expected to be available for events. Menus, cuisine options, and any policy regarding external caterers should be confirmed with the hotel's events or banqueting team at the time of inquiry.
Gannavaram is accessible via the National Highway network that connects Vijayawada to other major cities in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Guests driving from the Vijayawada city centre can reach Gannavaram in a short time depending on traffic conditions. The hotel's exact address and directions should be confirmed on the official website at hotelparkelite.com or by contacting the property directly.
Yes, Park Elite Banquet caters to corporate clients in addition to social event hosts, making it suitable for conferences, seminars, product launches, and business dinners. The hotel setting provides the structured environment and hospitality support that professional events typically require. Teams looking to book for a corporate occasion should discuss layout, AV needs, and delegate requirements with the events team.
Vijayawada Junction, one of the busiest railway stations in South India, serves the broader Vijayawada area and connects the city to most major Indian destinations. From Vijayawada Junction, guests can travel to Gannavaram by road to reach Hotel Park Elite. Event organisers coordinating large guest lists arriving by train should plan for surface transfers from the station to the venue.
Specific details about in-built AV equipment, projectors, screens, microphones, and sound systems at Park Elite Banquet should be verified directly with the hotel's events team, as configurations can vary by event type and setup. When making an inquiry, it helps to share the technical requirements of your event upfront so the team can advise on what is available in-house and what may need to be arranged externally.
Prospective hosts typically contact the hotel's sales or events team via the official website or by phone to check date availability and discuss event requirements. A site visit can usually be arranged before confirming the booking. Specific terms around deposits, payment schedules, and cancellation policies should be requested in writing from the hotel at the time of inquiry.
Whether Park Elite Banquet offers in-house décor packages or works with a panel of preferred decorators should be clarified with the events team at the time of booking. Many hotel banquet venues accommodate both in-house styling and independently hired decorators, subject to the property's vendor policy. It is advisable to discuss this early in the planning process to avoid last-minute conflicts.
As a hotel property in Gannavaram, Hotel Park Elite is expected to have parking facilities for guests. The capacity and any applicable parking fees or valet arrangements should be confirmed directly with the hotel, especially for large events where a high volume of vehicles is anticipated.
Park Elite Banquet is described as suitable for both wedding ceremonies and receptions, offering a single location where different phases of a celebration can take place. This reduces the logistical complexity of moving guests between separate venues. The hotel's events team can advise on how the space can be arranged and transitioned between ceremony and reception setups.
Yes, engagement functions and pre-wedding celebrations are among the social occasions that Park Elite Banquet is positioned to host. Holding multiple pre-wedding and wedding events at the same property can simplify planning and provide a consistent experience for guests. The best way to receive an accurate quote is to contact the hotel directly with these details, either through the official website at hotelparkelite.com or by reaching the events team by phone. Quotes are generally provided after an initial discussion of the event's scope.
