Banquet Hall

Hotel Royale Plazo offers in-house catering services, allowing event hosts to manage food and beverage arrangements through the hotel directly. This can simplify coordination, particularly for multi-session events or wedding functions where multiple meal services are required. For specific menu options, dietary accommodations, or customised packages, the catering team should be consulted at the time of booking.

Given the hotel's location in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, the in-house catering team is well placed to incorporate traditional Rajasthani dishes into event menus. This can be particularly appealing for wedding receptions and celebratory dinners where guests wish to experience the region's culinary heritage. Specific menu customisation should be discussed with the catering team to confirm availability.

Hotel Royale Plazo is a full-service hotel, which means guest rooms are available on the property for out-of-town attendees. This is especially convenient for multi-day corporate programmes or wedding functions where guests are travelling from outside Jodhpur. Room availability and group booking rates should be confirmed with the hotel's reservations team ahead of the event date.

The hotel provides parking facilities on the premises for guests driving to events. For large gatherings where parking demand may be higher than usual, it is advisable to check with the hotel in advance about capacity and any overflow arrangements. The Paota location also benefits from its position within Jodhpur's urban area, making the venue reachable by auto-rickshaw, taxi, and app-based cab services.

Hotel Royale Plazo is located in Paota, which is in close proximity to Jodhpur Junction — one of western Rajasthan's major rail hubs connecting the city to Jaipur, Delhi, Mumbai, and other destinations. The exact distance and travel time from the station should be confirmed with the hotel, as they can also advise on the most convenient route or transfer arrangements for arriving guests.

Yes, the Banquet Hall can be configured in multiple arrangements to suit the nature of the event — options typically include banquet-style seating for weddings and dinners, theatre-style rows for seminars or presentations, and classroom setups for training sessions. The in-house events team can guide hosts through the available configurations during the planning process. Final layout details and any restrictions should be confirmed at the time of booking.

As part of a hotel property, the Banquet Hall has access to audio-visual support to facilitate presentation-heavy corporate events, conferences, and other programmes requiring projection or sound. Hosts planning events with specific AV requirements — such as live music for a sangeet function or multi-screen presentations for a product launch — should discuss their needs with the events team in advance to confirm what is available in-house.

Specific capacity figures for the Banquet Hall vary depending on the seating configuration and event format chosen. Hosts should reach out to the Hotel Royale Plazo events team with their expected guest count and preferred setup so that the team can confirm suitability and advise on the optimal arrangement for the space.

Many hotel banquet halls in India permit external decorators, florists, and entertainment vendors to work within the event space, and Hotel Royale Plazo is positioned in Paota where city-based vendors can reach the venue conveniently. Whether outside vendors are permitted and any associated conditions — such as entry timings or coordination requirements — should be clarified directly with the hotel's events team before finalising arrangements.

Paota is an established residential and commercial neighbourhood within Jodhpur's urban area, offering practical accessibility without the congestion that can affect venues closer to the city's main tourist thoroughfares near the old city. For event guests and vendors, this means easier navigation and a more straightforward arrival experience. The neighbourhood's central position also means that guests wishing to visit landmarks like Mehrangarh Fort are still within a reasonable distance of the city's key attractions.

The Banquet Hall at Hotel Royale Plazo is well suited to corporate events including meetings, training workshops, and small-to-mid-scale conferences, particularly because the hotel's on-site accommodation removes the need for delegates to commute between a venue and a separate hotel. The availability of in-house catering also supports full-day or multi-day programmes where meal and refreshment breaks need to be built into the schedule. Organisations should contact the events team to discuss their programme structure and confirm the available AV and setup options.

Prospective event hosts can reach out to Hotel Royale Plazo directly through the contact details listed on the hotel's official website at hotelroyaleplazo.com. Providing the event date, approximate guest count, event type, and any specific requirements will help the team respond with accurate availability and pricing information. It is advisable to enquire well in advance, particularly for popular wedding dates during the Rajasthani festive season.

The Banquet Hall regularly hosts the full range of wedding functions, including mehendi, sangeet, and reception ceremonies, making it possible for families to conduct multiple events at the same property over consecutive days. The in-house catering and events team can help plan the flow of each function within the space. Families looking to host all their wedding-related events under one roof should discuss a consolidated booking with the hotel.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies for banquet bookings vary by property and are typically outlined in the event contract at the time of confirmation. Hotel Royale Plazo's specific terms — including any deposit requirements and conditions for date changes — should be reviewed carefully before signing and confirmed with the events or reservations team. Early clarification of these terms is particularly important for large bookings such as wedding functions.
