Fah

Fah accommodates a wide range of events, including cocktail receptions, birthday parties, anniversary dinners, engagement parties, and corporate gatherings such as product launches and networking evenings. Its rooftop setting and city skyline backdrop also make it a popular choice for couples planning a distinctive wedding reception or pre-wedding celebration in Bangkok. The events team can advise on which formats work best for the space.

Fah is a rooftop venue with an open-sky setting, which is central to its appeal and cityscape views. Weather contingency arrangements — such as retractable covers, shade structures, or indoor fallback options — should be confirmed directly with the INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit events team before booking, particularly for events during Bangkok's rainy season (roughly May to October).

Specific capacity figures for Fah vary depending on event format and seating configuration. For an accurate guest count aligned with your planned setup — whether seated dinner, cocktail reception, or theatre-style — it is best to reach out to the events team at INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit who can provide current figures.

Unlike a traditional hotel ballroom, Fah's rooftop position provides an open-sky environment with panoramic views of the Bangkok skyline, giving events a visually distinctive and memorable quality. The ambient lighting and contemporary design of the space make it particularly effective for evening receptions and brand-driven occasions where atmosphere is a priority.

Yes, Fah is well suited to corporate occasions including product launches, networking evenings, and brand activations. The hotel is located in Phra Khanong, Khlong Toei, and benefits from proximity to the BTS Skytrain network, which connects the Sukhumvit corridor to central Bangkok and major interchange stations such as Asok and Siam. Guests travelling from Thong Lo or Ekkamai will also find the location straightforward to reach. Specific exit and walking directions from the nearest BTS station should be confirmed with the hotel.

Suvarnabhumi Airport is connected to the city via the Airport Rail Link, which links into the BTS Skytrain network and makes the Sukhumvit area reachable without lengthy taxi journeys. Room block availability and group rates should be discussed with the hotel's events or reservations team.

As a hotel operated under the Meliá Hotels International brand, INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit typically offers in-house food and beverage services for events. Fah is designed as a flexible event canvas, and INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit's events team can advise on setup options, permitted décor arrangements, and any restrictions that apply to the rooftop environment. Couples and event planners who have a specific aesthetic vision are encouraged to discuss their requirements at the earliest planning stage to confirm what can be accommodated.

AV requirements for events at Fah — including sound systems, lighting, screens, and microphones — should be discussed with the INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit events team, who can confirm what is available in-house and what may need to be arranged through external suppliers. Rooftop venues sometimes have specific technical and noise constraints that are worth clarifying early.

As a rooftop venue in a residential and commercial district of Bangkok, Fah may be subject to local noise regulations or hotel-set curfew policies that affect amplified music and event timing. Prospective clients should ask the events team directly about any applicable restrictions so that event programmes and entertainment arrangements can be planned accordingly.

Enquiries about availability, pricing, and event packages for Fah should be directed to the INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit events team via the hotel's official contact channels on melia.com. Providing the event date, expected guest count, and event type at the point of enquiry will help the team respond with an accurate proposal.
