Narmada

Narmada can be booked as a standalone event space, but ITC Narmada also offers multiple indoor and outdoor venues across the property, making it possible to use Narmada as part of a larger multi-space event footprint. This flexibility is particularly useful for weddings or conferences that span several functions over multiple days. The events team can advise on the best combination of spaces for a given event.

Capacity varies depending on the seating configuration chosen — theatre, banquet, classroom, or cocktail-style layouts each yield different numbers. For accurate capacity figures tailored to your specific event format, it is best to reach out to the ITC Narmada events team directly with your requirements.

Yes, ITC Narmada offers in-house catering through its food and beverage teams, drawing on the ITC group's Welcomcuisine philosophy which spans Indian regional cuisines and international menus. The culinary team can work with clients to design bespoke menus suited to the occasion, whether a traditional Indian wedding feast or a formal corporate dinner. Details on external catering policies should be confirmed with the hotel directly.

ITC Narmada provides audio-visual support as part of its events infrastructure, covering setups for conferences, presentations, and live performances. Specific equipment available — such as LED screens, projectors, sound systems, or live-streaming capabilities — should be confirmed with the events team when submitting your event brief, as requirements vary by event type.

ITC Narmada's in-house décor and events coordination team works with clients to execute custom themes for both social and corporate events. For weddings, this includes floral arrangements, stage design, and lighting setups suited to functions like receptions and sangeet evenings. Clients may also inquire about approved external décor vendors if they have a specific creative vision in mind.

ITC Narmada has parking facilities on the property, which is a practical advantage for events with large guest lists arriving by private vehicle — a common mode of travel in Ahmedabad. The extent of parking capacity and any valet services available should be confirmed directly with the hotel when finalising event logistics.
