Lawn

The Lawn is an open-air, outdoor event space set within the grounds of Le Parc Hotel & Banquets in Chandpur Bichpuri, Bareilly. It offers natural light and open skies, which distinguish it from the property's enclosed banquet options. Guests planning events should inquire with the hotel about any weather contingency arrangements.

As an open-air venue, the Lawn is subject to weather conditions. Prospective hosts should ask the Le Parc events team about contingency options — such as temporary marquees, shamianas, or the availability of an indoor backup space — when confirming their booking.

Yes, the Lawn at Le Parc Hotel & Banquets is suited to hosting the complete range of wedding-related functions, including the main ceremony and reception, as well as pre-wedding events like mehendi and sangeet evenings. The open layout supports both smaller, more intimate functions and larger celebratory gatherings. Couples planning multi-function weddings should discuss a detailed event schedule with the hotel's coordination team.

Specific capacity figures for the Lawn have not been confirmed from a verified source and should be requested directly from Le Parc Hotel & Banquets. Capacity can also vary depending on the seating arrangement chosen — theatre-style, banquet, or cocktail — so sharing your event format when enquiring will help the team give an accurate figure.

As a full-service hotel property, Le Parc Hotel & Banquets is expected to offer catering services for events held at the Lawn, but the specific menu options, cuisine styles, and any policy on outside caterers should be confirmed directly with the hotel. Hosts with particular food and beverage requirements are advised to discuss these in detail during the site visit or enquiry stage.

The open-air nature of the Lawn makes it a flexible canvas for decorators, accommodating setups ranging from floral mandaps and fairy-light canopies to themed reception corridors. Whether the hotel permits external decorators or works with preferred vendor partners is a policy detail that should be confirmed with the Le Parc events team before booking.

Audio-visual and sound requirements for outdoor events at the Lawn should be discussed with Le Parc Hotel & Banquets at the time of enquiry. Hosts should also ask about any noise curfew rules or sound level restrictions that may apply in the Chandpur Bichpuri area, as outdoor venues can be subject to local regulations.

Outdoor event spaces in residential and semi-urban areas of Uttar Pradesh are often subject to local noise ordinances that limit amplified sound after certain hours. Prospective hosts should ask the Le Parc team about permitted event hours and any sound restrictions so that entertainment and programme schedules can be planned accordingly.

Le Parc Hotel & Banquets is a banquet-focused hotel property, which suggests that indoor event spaces may be available alongside the Lawn. Whether these can be hired in combination — for example, using the Lawn for a ceremony and an indoor hall for a reception dinner — is something to discuss with the events team when planning a multi-function event.
