Yes, the Conference Room is well-suited to multi-day corporate retreats, particularly when combined with the resort's villa accommodation, which allows groups to remain on site in a self-contained setting. Organisers can structure programmes that alternate between conference sessions and leisure activities such as golf or spa treatments. The events team can advise on full-retreat packages tailored to the group's requirements.

Montgomerie Links Hotel & Villas offers both hotel rooms and villa accommodation on site, making it straightforward for conference delegates to stay at the property throughout a multi-day event. This keeps groups together and reduces the logistical complexity of off-site transfers between sessions. Specific room types, villa configurations, and availability should be confirmed with the reservations team when making an event enquiry.

The Colin Montgomerie-designed links course is one of the resort's signature features and is frequently incorporated into corporate event programmes as a team-building or networking activity. Event organisers can arrange golf sessions alongside conference room bookings, giving delegates a memorable experience between meetings. This combination is a key draw for incentive travel groups and senior leadership gatherings hosted at the property.

Montgomerie Links is located in the Điện Ngọc–Điện Bàn corridor, which sits between Đà Nẵng and Hội An along Vietnam's Central Coast. Hội An Ancient Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is accessible from the resort, making it a natural choice for organisers wishing to incorporate a cultural excursion into a corporate itinerary. Exact transfer times should be verified with the resort directly, as they can vary depending on traffic and transport mode.

The Conference Room can be arranged to accommodate different professional meeting formats, including boardroom, classroom, theatre, and workshop-style setups. The most suitable configuration for a specific group size or event format should be discussed with the events team at the time of booking. They can advise on which layout best matches the agenda and delegate count.

The Conference Room is expected to be equipped with standard audiovisual and presentation facilities suited to professional meetings and seminars. Specific equipment details — including screen size, projector or display type, microphone systems, and internet connectivity — should be confirmed with the venue's events team before booking, as configurations can vary and may be supplemented on request.

As a full-service hotel and resort property, Montgomerie Links is equipped to provide catering for conference and meeting events, including coffee breaks, set lunches, and evening dinners. Menus and catering packages can typically be tailored to the group's preferences and dietary requirements. Specific catering options and pricing should be discussed directly with the food and beverage or events team during the enquiry process.

The resort's location in Quảng Nam province places it within reach of significant UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including Hội An Ancient Town and Mỹ Sơn Sanctuary, which organisers can incorporate as cultural programme elements for corporate groups. Whether these excursions are offered as part of a structured event package or arranged separately should be confirmed with the resort's events or concierge team. Such activities are a practical way to add cultural value to an incentive travel or leadership retreat itinerary.

Enquiries about the Conference Room, including availability, pricing, and event packages, can be submitted through the official Montgomerie Links website at montgomerielinks.com or by contacting the resort's events team directly. It is advisable to share key details upfront — such as event dates, estimated delegate numbers, and the type of event — to receive an accurate proposal. Availability for peak periods should be confirmed as early as possible.

As a resort property in Điện Ngọc, Điện Bàn, Montgomerie Links is expected to provide parking facilities for guests and visitors, including those attending conference events. Whether complimentary or fee-based parking is offered for day delegates should be clarified with the venue team when making a booking enquiry.

Delegates attending events at the Conference Room have access to the broader resort amenities at Montgomerie Links, which include the championship golf course, as well as other hotel facilities.
