Poolside

The Poolside is an open-air, outdoor event space set within the resort's grounds. As with any outdoor venue, weather conditions can affect the experience, and event planners are advised to discuss contingency arrangements — such as canopy or tent coverage — with the MST Farm & Resort events team when booking. Confirming a wet-weather backup plan well in advance is recommended, particularly for monsoon-season events.

Exact capacity figures for the Poolside depend on the event format, seating arrangement, and setup style chosen. To get an accurate figure for your specific event — whether a seated dinner, a cocktail-style standing reception, or a mixed layout — it is best to speak with the resort's events team directly.

Yes, the Poolside is particularly well suited to pre-wedding celebrations such as mehendi ceremonies, sangeet nights, and cocktail evenings, where its open-air atmosphere and the pool's reflective ambience add a distinctive visual quality to the festivities. The resort setting also provides a natural backdrop that reduces the need for extensive staging or artificial décor. Couples should confirm specific arrangements and availability with the events team.

As a full-service resort property, MST Farm & Resort is expected to offer catering services for events; however, specific menu options, cuisine styles, and policies on outside caterers should be confirmed directly with the resort's events or banqueting team. It is advisable to discuss dietary requirements, bar arrangements, and per-plate pricing during the initial inquiry.

The open-air Poolside lends itself to a wide range of décor styles, from fairy-light canopies and floral installations to minimalist poolside lounge setups. The resort's events team can advise on in-house décor capabilities and any empanelled vendors. Couples and corporate planners looking to bring external decorators should check the resort's policy on third-party vendors before finalising arrangements.

MST Farm & Resort is located in Uttar Pradesh with the postal code 201206, placing it in the Greater Noida and Gautam Buddh Nagar belt, which is connected to Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad via major expressways. Most guests travelling from central Delhi or Noida can reach the resort by road without an overnight stop, making it practical for large guest lists spread across the NCR region. The exact travel time will vary depending on the point of origin and traffic conditions.

As a resort property with event facilities, MST Farm & Resort is expected to have parking available for guests; however, the capacity and any valet arrangements should be confirmed with the venue directly, particularly for large events where guest vehicles may arrive simultaneously. It is worth coordinating parking logistics when finalising the event plan with the events team.

MST Farm & Resort is a resort property, which means on-site accommodation is available for guests who wish to extend their stay — a particularly useful feature for multi-day wedding celebrations or corporate retreats. Guests arriving from Delhi-NCR who prefer to avoid a late-night drive can make use of the rooms. Room availability, rates, and block-booking arrangements should be discussed with the reservations team.

The specific AV and sound equipment available for the Poolside — including speakers, microphones, projectors, or LED screens — should be confirmed with the MST Farm & Resort events team, as outdoor setups often require tailored audio solutions. It is also worth checking whether there are any noise or sound-level restrictions that apply to the Poolside setting given its open-air nature. The venue team will be best placed to advise on in-house capabilities and any approved external AV vendors.

As an open-air venue in a resort setting, the Poolside may be subject to local noise regulations or resort-specific curfew timings that affect music and amplified sound after certain hours. Event planners should confirm the permitted event hours and any sound restrictions directly with the resort before finalising their programme, especially for late-evening celebrations with live music or DJ setups.

Décor flexibility and the scenic surroundings allow planners to realise a wide range of aesthetic concepts. The events team at MST Farm & Resort can advise on how the space has been transformed for past events and what is logistically feasible.
