The Lawn at New World Hoiana Beach Resort is an expansive outdoor event space set against the backdrop of the central Vietnamese coastline in Duy Hải, Hội An, Quảng Nam. The space pairs natural coastal scenery — sea breezes, open sky, and the warm tones of the surrounding resort landscape — with the refined hospitality infrastructure of a full-service international resort. It is a venue defined by its sense of place: the sights and sounds of the coast form an integral part of every event held here, giving gatherings an atmosphere that an entirely indoor setting simply cannot replicate.
The resort itself sits within the broader Hoiana integrated resort destination, one of Vietnam's most ambitious coastal hospitality projects, positioning The Lawn within a destination that draws both domestic and international visitors seeking a premium beach experience near the UNESCO World Heritage city of Hội An.
The Lawn is well suited to events where scale, natural beauty, and a sense of occasion matter most. Garden weddings and wedding receptions are a natural fit — a ceremony or banquet set on an open lawn with resort grounds and coastal views as the backdrop creates the kind of setting couples travel specifically to find. The space is equally capable of hosting corporate gatherings in an outdoor format: product launches, gala dinners, incentive-group celebrations, and large-scale cocktail receptions all translate well to an open-air lawn environment with full resort support behind it.
Social celebrations — milestone birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions — also benefit from the relaxed yet polished character the setting offers. Because The Lawn draws on the full event-services infrastructure of New World Hoiana Beach Resort, clients have access to professional banqueting, catering, and event coordination teams who are experienced with international groups and multi-day programmes.
New World Hoiana Beach Resort is located in Duy Hải commune, Hội An, within Quảng Nam Province. The nearest major international gateway is Đà Nẵng International Airport, which connects The Lawn's location to a wide range of domestic Vietnamese cities as well as direct international routes across Asia. Hội An's historic Ancient Town — a UNESCO-listed heritage destination and one of Vietnam's most visited cultural sites — is accessible from the resort, making the area compelling for guests who wish to combine an event with broader cultural or leisure travel.
The resort's position within the Hoiana integrated destination means guests attending events at The Lawn also have access to a full complement of resort amenities, including accommodation, dining, and leisure facilities on-site — a significant advantage for multi-day events or destination celebrations where the experience extends well beyond the event itself.
For event planners seeking a coastal outdoor venue in central Vietnam that combines genuine natural beauty with the logistical reliability of an international resort brand, The Lawn at New World Hoiana Beach Resort presents a compelling and distinctive option.

The team can advise on the most suitable times of year and any weather mitigation options available.

For events requiring elaborate staging, sound systems, or lighting rigs — common for corporate galas or large wedding receptions — early discussion with the team will allow for proper planning and any necessary external production partnerships.
New World Hoiana Beach Resort's events team can typically assist with décor and styling coordination as part of a broader event package, and they may work with preferred local and regional suppliers. Clients with specific décor visions — particularly for destination weddings — should discuss their requirements early so the team can advise on in-house capabilities and any approved external vendors. Policies on client-sourced decorators or florists should be confirmed directly with the resort.
As a large-scale integrated beach resort, New World Hoiana Beach Resort is expected to have parking facilities available for guests. The capacity and any parking management arrangements for large event groups — such as a wedding or corporate gala — are best confirmed with the resort's events team in advance, particularly if a significant number of guests plan to arrive by private vehicle.
