The Grand Ballroom at Novotel Jodhpur ITI Circle is the hotel's flagship event space, designed to host large-scale celebrations and professional gatherings with equal finesse. The room carries the polished, contemporary aesthetic that defines the Novotel brand — clean lines, warm lighting, and a neutral palette that provides a versatile canvas for any event theme, from lavish Rajasthani weddings to formal corporate conferences. Its scale and layout make it one of the most substantial pillarless or column-free banquet spaces available in Jodhpur, giving event planners the flexibility to configure the room to suit their precise needs without structural obstructions disrupting sight lines or seating arrangements.
The ballroom is supported by the hotel's professional events team, who coordinate everything from room set-up and audio-visual requirements to banquet menus, ensuring that organisers can focus on their guests rather than logistics. High-quality in-built AV infrastructure, including projection and sound systems, supports both high-energy celebrations and presentations that require clarity and precision. Pre-function areas adjacent to the ballroom provide space for cocktail receptions, registration desks, or breakout networking, adding another layer of practicality to large events.
The Grand Ballroom is well suited to the full spectrum of significant events. For weddings and social celebrations, it offers the grandeur expected of a destination event in Rajasthan — an ideal backdrop for mehendi gatherings, sangeet ceremonies, wedding receptions, and anniversary banquets. The hotel's culinary team is experienced in crafting elaborate wedding menus that span Indian regional cuisine and international options, meaning food and beverage rarely need to be outsourced.
On the corporate side, the ballroom accommodates conferences, product launches, award ceremonies, and gala dinners. Novotel's global meetings expertise, formalised through its Meet Well programme, brings structured support to business events — covering everything from delegate well-being to room setup configurations such as theatre, classroom, banquet, and cocktail layouts. The space is particularly popular with organisations that need a single large room for a plenary session and adjacent breakout options for smaller working groups, since the hotel also offers additional meeting rooms alongside the ballroom.
